Despite several warnings and repeatedly telling the rules in banner contest post itself that advertising banners outside will not b allowed , still it has come to our notice that banners r advertised outside IF and we hv proof of it too ... Since advertising banners outside and then mass voting is strictly against IF rules ,so this round is disqualified right here

Round 2 voting will now be done in the Dev team Section and only DT members will b voting for the banner ...
