Hello guys...Khushi is back with an update..and mind you extremely long one as treat for my birthday..
I just want to tell all of you that next update might take a little longer than a week as I've one exam on 6th of Dec..have to prepare for it so..next update will be after that probably on 9th or 10th..please be with me, pray for me..I really need to clear this exam.

Part 14 - Kalpana's BABY..!!
Two months has passed since that day when they first introduced themselves to each other or rather challenged each other.
Challenge, oh how Kalpana has almost come to hate this word but couldn't stop loving it altogether as this is what makes engineering even more interesting as
vardhan sir said more than theory it is practical knowledge which makes you learn.
Next day to their intro cum challenge things were pretty normal if you don't count the reactions of Anjali and twins and her unnecessarily rising of heart beats when a certain someone glances her way, so yeah
pretty much normal. She remembered when she gets back to her room after whole day classes; she was immediatelycornered by Anjali , Anya and Tanvi.
"Wow Kalpi, that was so cool yeah...he was so shocked, you go girl" said Anya smiling.
Kalpana was herself surprised at her actions, sure she
had interactions with boys earlier but she was never this bold in their first meeting as she was in this.
Anjali who was quietly staring at Kalpana broke into a big mischievous smile and said
"My girl as grown finally" she said wiping fake tears
from the corner of her eyes.
Kalpana rolled her eyes at this as the twins chuckle at
her act
"Whatever Anji, I don't know...it's just I couldn't
handle his attitude and taunting...so I have to teach him a lesson"
On the other side Raghav was getting somewhat similar reaction from Sammy which he of course tried to suppress with his glares and comments.
From that day Raghav and Kalpana compete almost in
everything whether it be completing assignments or answering question or simply riling each other up.

Kalpana was running late for her class as she has slept
late last night studying for next topic which resulted in her missing the bus. Anjali had already left after lot of convincing by Kalpana as she didn't want her to be late because of her. She was tensed as she has to walk all the way up to college. In hurry of reaching class on time Kalpana tripped on a stone and sat on the ground clutching her ankle. She saw the time on her mobile, only 5-10 minutes for her class to start. If it had been other teacher she wouldn't have worried this
much but it was vardhan sir class.
" oh godji...this had to happen now only, com'on Kalpi now get going you can bear this much pain as it is now you surely reach late" saying she got up and start limping towards the college.
Raghav entered his car, throwing his bag on the
passenger seat and started driving to the college; Sammy has already taken the bus this time reason being some notes from his friends. He was driving leisurely when he saw a girl limping going forward. He shook his head 'Girls and their mini injuries'. But when he saw in his side mirror he saw that the girl was none
other than Kalpana. He immediately stopped the car, got down and started walking towards her.
Kalpana saw him walking towards her, she doesn't
want him to see her in this state and taunt her more on her weakness so she stood straight trying to remain
unaffected by the pain shooting in her ankle at the mere stretch. She started walking normally as normal as it could get in her situation but the limp was obvious.
"By this rate either you'll sprain your ankle more and reach straight to hospital or you can just drop your drama and come with me" said Raghav catching up
with her easily. One part of him wanted to just move on and leave her there but other more dominant part wanted to see what she'll do, what comeback she'll
come with.
As soon as he made the drop her comment, she
immediately wanted to say 'no' but stopped at the last moment. She thought about it for a second and reluctantly agreed that he was right, if she continue to put strain on her ankle than she'll definitely land in a hospital rather than class.
"Okay...I'll come with you" said Kalpana very reluctantly which was also very clear from her face. Raghav immediately forward his hand for her to take so he can support her
"No I can walk by myself...I don't need your support, just because I agreed to you...you don't have to do this" Raghav's anger just rose on these words, he was just helping, if she isn't interested then why should he
"Ok..Suit yourself"
As soon as Kalpana put her foot down to walk, a
sharp pain shoot up in her ankle making her loose her balance. Kalpana in fear of falling clutched Raghav's
collar who in turn grabbed her by waist to steady her. Both of their faces were just few inches away from each other.
Raghav looked down to see Kalpana's face scrunched up in pain, supporting herself by his collar pulling him closer by her each move. Feeling hot
breath on her face Kalpana opened her eyes to see Raghav staring right back at her. This was second time when she was this close to him and she can feel tingles shooting up her spine from his arm around her waist. Both stood there lost looking into each other eyes forgetting that they were standing in the middle of the road.
Their stance was broken by a child who was pointing in their direction saying
"Momma...look why didi and bhaiya are looking at each other like that in the middle of the road?"
Kalpana left his collor hurriedly and was about to move when Raghav lifted up her in his arms making her yelp in surprise.
"I can see how well you can walk, so just shut up if you don't want to be stuck here"
Kalpana started to protest but stopped seeing his glare. Raghav seated Kalpana comfortably in the car,
closed the door then seated himself and started driving to the college. They got down and reached the class on exact time, Raghav unknowingly walking slowly so as to not leave her alone.
"May we come in sir?" asked Raghav.
"You may..." Vardhan motioned them to come inside although he was internally surprised to see them coming together which he'd not seen in past few weeks.
Only one bench remained vacant at the back of the class. Both made their way towards it and seated themselves not before giving a glance towards each other. Almost half of the class has applied for the
competition including Raghav and Kalpana's group which was to be held in upcoming weeks.
"So class in last lecture I told you about the missing element that can complete the process of making the machine work. This type of machine shall be asked to
make or something out of it. If you can you can find it how to crack this equation by consulting various books in the library or am I asking too much from you all...in the end it'll only benefit you all"
"I'm sure I'll find this element today only as I know
which particular book would have it" said Raghav smirking at Kalpana.
Kalpana shakes her head at it
"Raghav you are very over-confident...I'll like to see how you come empty-handed coz you know vardhan sir will never give such an easy task which can be find in one book only...so go ahead"
"If by that you mean you can do it then I'll like to see it too coz after this you can finally understand that this place is not meant for you" said Raghav arrogantly.
"Tsk Tsk...I would love to break this disillusion of yours about girl" said Kalpana accepting his challenge. She will show him who he'd messed with.
"Okay done...if you find this equation then meet me
in the mechanical lab and we'll try this out on the machine at that time...you'll regret it Kalpana"
"Will see and when?" said Kalpana not backing down.
"I'll inform you that" saying Raghav got up, took his bag and left the classroom.

Kalpana has discovered almost all the parts but seems to facing difficulty on finding the last one. Currently sitting at the back of the college library, surrounded by many half open books Kalpana was frantically looking from one page to another muttering
"Urgh...where did it go, it should be here only...ah here it is" Kalpana said finally founding what she was looking for entire hour.
"Now this will show you Raghav-I'm-Rank-No.1-Sadu-Singhania, what did you say now this will make you eat your own words"
Kalpana was reading from her book when suddenly a
shadow came blocking the light from the window making it difficult for her to read. Kalpana looked up to find beautiful arrogant boy aka Raghav placing
books in the rack purposefully standing there blocking the light.
Kalpana cleared her throat alerting him that someone
is sitting there if he'd by mistake not notice. Few seconds passed Raghav still stood there looking at books ignoring her. Kalpana narrowed her eyes at him
"Excuse me Sadu...if you've not seen, there is
somebody sitting here...so if you please move aside...you are blocking the light"
On hearing 'Sadu' Raghav immediately turned around and marched towards her
"What...what did you call me?" Raghav asked angrily.
"First I've call you Sadu, second thank you very much" said Kalpana giving him a closed lip smile and got back to her work as she was in no mood to argue with him.
"Don't show me your attitude Kalpana just save it
after you've found it which I know you haven't till now" said Raghav leaning towards her. He knows it's been two days since the challenge and she'd still
not been able to found it and how will she do it coz the book is with him.
"Just take this book...if you have enough brains you'll find it quick enough"
"For your information...I've already found what I'm
looking" Kalpana chuckled at his surprised expression and said
"Thank you for the book, I'll go through it for extra
reference...but I didn't know you care for me so much" Kalpana smirked taking the book from him.
"Don't be in some misunderstanding Kalpana, I
don't care for you and will never will" saying Raghav left from there. He meant those words right, but deep
down he was not so sure.
Kalpana was just thinking about his words, she knows he means nothing to her and so his words but somehow she was hurt, she don't know why
"No Kalpana don't go there...I told you na he will eat back his own words...just do your work properly" Kalpana said to herself hoping to distract from this pain.
Anjali who was coming towards Kalpana saw Raghav going from there angrily. She had seen enough to know that there is possibility of happening something between the two of them but was not sure when.
"So Kalpi ...why is your baby so angry?" asked Anjali sitting beside her.
Kalpana who was drinking water started choking, once she was fine she asked bewildering
"BABY..?"
"Yeah...beautiful arrogant boy yaar, BABY what else" said Anjali shrugging innocently.
"He is not mine..."
"Oh so you consider him beautiful..."
"Yes...no I mean...ANJII...just let me work" said
Kalpana trying to read her book.
Anjali was laughing seeing Kalpana so flustered
"Okay Kalpi ..." said Anjali chuckling a bit.
After few minutes...
"And he is not mine...!"
