Yup! They wanted Rachana out and hence she was the only one replaced in this entire revamp game. They did not succeed still and hence their show shut down.

In this one and a last month, EMB gained a of of popularity than any other show 😛😆

First, one also article used to not come out, there were no promos and after a lot of hard work, only 1 repeat was shown.

Now, since 24th June, the show has been in the buzz that it succeeded to come among the top 5 shows of ZEE TV.

First an article of Rachana's replacement, then article on Ashish's replacement, and now finally an article on EMB's replacement 🤣

The journalists also must be thinking that they need to write so much about a show that they must have not heard off before in just a month. 😛

So much drama was created that finally their beautiful show had to end. Their loss was our victory.

They say na, negative publicity is also good publicity and EMB was in news for all the wrong reasons only 😆

wat an irony of EMA.. kya se kya ban gaya..
EMA ki concept was really hatke.. i mean it was really different..
sm great insaan said one wrong step might cause 4 destruction..
9th may vala track was biggest mistake 4 dem but dey had chance 2 rectify it by showing rakhi marriage is fake.. but no.. kuladi marni thi khud ke pair pe...
after rakhi marriage if dey had shown revenge track properly n kalpi journey of becming memsab dey could save der sinking ship but again no...
on d top of dat ego war between cast n fan started.. which causes for more n more low trp
still dey had chances 2 make fans happy by showing RAGNA union n revenge track properly
but again no.. instead making kalpi ko memsab dey gave her waitress ka job.. instead of making helicopter vale raghav ko clever dey made him kanhaiya in mahila mandali 😆😆

story was d main reason behind low trp but instead of changing story dey replaced Rachana which was soul of d show..

n nw we know wat is d result.. 😃
but still thanx 2 EMA 4 giving us such lovely couple RAGNA n amazing actors Rachana n Ashish😳

EMA nw u can rest in hell aram se... 👏👏👏

yeh tho hona hi tha. The day they killed the reason why people were watching the show EMA's fate was sealed. Rachana and Ashish were the sole reason for the shows popularity and with them gone who will want to watch it. It didnt help that with Asha's entry too they couldnt give her a nice storyline. Neither she nor kunal was given time to create any magic of their own. Such an injustice done to them as well. I feel bad for all the production team,actors, technicians, spot boys and all who will lose their jobs..If only May 9th never happened and RagNa was still there. Then none of this would have happened.

Yeah! They just wasted one month on showing a new story and instead of all the revamp, they could have just united Ragna and shown the story where Kalpana succeeds in her Cafe business and becomes a business woman and then given it a happy ending. They messed up the entire story line.

I agree that Ragna could not bring them in the top 5 TRP shows due to the time slot, but at least they could give viewers a good story line and a decent TRP.

All they had to do was give viewers what they wanted. Declared Ra. Khi. Marriage fake and give ragna marriage. The trps would have been thru the roof. Then have rags battle it out with prem.

Barely a month after replacing the original lead couple " Ashish Chowdhry and Rachana Parulkar " with Asha Negi and Kunal Verma, the channel has decided to pull the plug on Ek Mutthi Aasmaan.

The show will end on September 12. A new storyline and new lead couple failed to pump up the ratings of the daily series. Actress Shilpa Shirodkar, who made her acting debut on the small screen with the family drama, says, "Yes, it will be an abrupt ending. I'm sad and disappointed. We did the best we could to improve the ratings. The show had to end some day, but it has happened too soon. We could've gone on for one more year. While I got positive feedback from the viewers, the show couldn't rake in great numbers. I'm secretly hoping for a miracle to happen, but the word is final."

Does she feel the recent change in the cast didn't go down well with the viewers? "It would be wrong to hold one person responsible. The new actors didn't get enough time to establish themselves," she reasons. Ask her if she understands the number game better now and she replies, "I still don't and never wish to understand the game. I just want to do good work."
