please guyz thande dimagh se mera post parho😊😊😊

hum logo ne humesha rachana aur ashish ki tareef hi ki hai aur humesha unlogo ko compliment hi diya hai is waja se wo log bhi hum se khush rehtey hai aur achi achi hi tweets karte hai aur jin logo ne bhi humare against tweets ki hai unlogo ko hum ne itna pyar kabhi nhe diya hai unke against hi hum,gaye hai chahe wo cv's ho paakhi ho ya koi aur 😃😃

aur koi bhi apne aginst hui baat tollerate nhe karta hum ne kabhi rachana k against kuch nhe bola islye wo bhi sweet hai ab tak

kabhi rachana ki burai ya against kuch tweet karke dekho jb humein real mein pata lage ga k wo real mein sweet hai ya nhe 🥱🥱

aur i don't trust this guyz k rachana ko apne replacement k barey mein nhe pata tha q k her actor k sath aik agreement hota hai aur koi bhi bech se kisi ko nikal nhe sakta aur story rachu se chupi hui to nhe hogi naa usko pata hoga k upcoming scene mein accident hone wala hai aur phir story change hogi aur surgery bhi hogi to usko kaise nhe pata tha k surgery k bad chehra badal jaega aur mein replace hogi i don't beleive this guyz usey kiya laga k surgery k bad bhi kalpi wo hi rahegi aur koi usey pehchane ga nhe😆😆

koi apne against kuch bardast nhe karta iska sub se bara prove yeh k mene abhi aplogo k mentality k againt post kiya hai ab tum log mere peche lag jaoge yeh bhi nhe sochoge k mein tum logo ki purani friend hn aise hi cv's aur baki team apne against kuch bardast nhe karte 😊😊

Dear there are many who have criticized Rachana on Twitter and spoken against her complexion, her looks and her acting and abused her as well as because of the story line they criticized her. She always says that don't be disappointed and spread love. She has never insulted anyone till date and so I like her for that nature as she takes everything in a positive way.

They replaced her and she heard about the changes in the script but they informed her at the last moment may be as they were discussing whether they should replace her or not since the last few days.

She herself says that before hurting anyone, she thinks 1000 times.

The CVs have defamed her saying that she cannot act and that's not true according to me at least.

I guess you have no idea about the clauses in a contract.

A contract between 2 and actor and production has many clauses which is like a bond for a year.

Because of the bond, the actor cannot leave before a year and may have to pay a penalty if he/she breaks the contract.

If the production house wants to end the contract before a year, they can do so without any reason as well and can replace the actor or end the character and the actor has no say in this.

It is because the actor is being paid by the production house and not vise versa.

I know this as even a company has the same rules which every employee has to follow and an employee can be sued for any reason within a day.

There is no Police case which can be filed unless the actor has not been compensated for their work.

Sorry to say but this is your wrong thinking. Police case willnt happen as in the agreement there will be clauses that can be utilized by CVS. Otherwise ksg n gautam rode who are more popular WD have done against their CVS. And as an actor or actress they can't do that because it will affect their career. Going against pH means to get a new offer it will be difficult for them. Off screen politics in TV field is more yaar. And rachana has also got many harsh tweets but she didn't replied harshly. I don't know why you came up with such a post in such a time. It was clear in all of ema s offscreen pics n videos how they ignored rachana.I can't understand how CD u support shirini. Definitely some bad tweets were there for her but the same person who tweeted her badly apologized her the next day itself. While she took effort to retweet the bad tweet she didn't retweeted the sorry tweet.and there were so many incidents in the twitter . it is bitter truth that CVS plotted rachana . they blamed her for the low trips because of her less acting skills. We know how well rachana acts and who don't know to act in ema. CVS and pH are in favourism for ss and it is well evident. Plz open ur eyes n see. Plz don't make such posts as already rachana is out and let her walk out with dignity.

Rachana got negativ comments initially fr her complexion..it is with her acting n potrayal dat she won hearts!!many praised shirin initially fr mere fair skin looks

Shilpa mohit sid everybody got praised..then also when someone askd them to tell rachana to b activ on twitter they rudely said they r nt her postman!!

Abt d contract when actor wants to leave d show he/she has to giv a notive 2 mnths bfore but an actor can b changed overnight..it happened bfore

U said she must b knowing abt d accident ...yes she must b knowing abt it but didnt know abt d llastic surgery part..d accident wud hav been only cause memory loss

If she knew before n had setled with ph then they wud not hav blamed her acting neithr she wud hav said she is disappointed n reasoned d blame put on her

N if her being sweet is doubted by u then Asha,sanaya drashti many others shud b doubted fr their sweetness cos they also never got bad comments !!

Dont mind me saying dat since yesterday u were on rachana's side,suddenly u r questioning her!! Well if u want to support d show n watch Asha in it nobody has a prob in it but dont doubt rachana

Also, regarding any actor being sweet or not, we may never know it unless we know them personally.

As far I have seen Rachana's interviews, she never appeared proud or boasted about her being popular or made any negative comments.

I may be wrong in judging but a person's real character is often portrayed in their acting as well and I can see the same pride in the other actors of EMA except Ashish and Rachana. The pride factor and the real nature of the person often gets reflected in some or the other way.

There is no actor who has been only appreciated in their life and has never received any negative comments and the way they handle the criticism is what we should take into consideration and Rachana prefers to ignore the negative comments rather than insulting them.

I understand ur point of view dear... But its not the way u are thinking... There is no chance Rachana would know about the upcoming storyline beforehand... Ashish once tweeted tht they know about the upcoming track, what they are supposed to act, only after they reach the sets... The same goes with Rachana too... She too was'nt aware of the upcoming track... No actors knw abt it beforehand i guess...

@ ragnaa. In hospitals the clauses are diff. Myself being a doctor I know abt that. But my Hus is an engineer ,their clauses are diff. In TV industry also clauses are diff. In most of the private companies they have the right to dismiss the employee without prior notice .if anyone raise sound against them they will give some lame excuses for that. During recession thousands of people were dismissed without any concession. Even last month one popular bank has dismissed 50of its employees .they came to know abt that in the morning when they came to the office.in my Hus company one person was dismissed because of the jelousiness of one senior employee there. The senior employee had good rapport with their owner n he ploted against the junior only because he was better than him n the us head congratulated the junior for his work(the same work was ruined by senior).the reason they gave was he took more leaves.he was handed the dismissal letter once he came back from his native after 2days leave. Those leaves were sanctioned. Whole office knows abt the conspiracy but he was expelled.
