But, why? How does that even work? Everyone is here to do their job. If a show doesn't work, why target the very person who actually makes it work to some extent? Won't such stunts ultimately put their own jobs on the line?
I can't see why the channel will play along with such petty politics among actors and their cohorts. This isn't their personal property to do what they will.
Its not about who makes the show work , its about who gets the credit. See Shilpa is already a Bollywood actress. Even though she's always been an average actor, she comes from a filmy background. She has lots of clout and a good fan base and knows how to play the games. Shrini is obviously related to DJs and this was her launch pad , and the original storyline was designed to make her get Ragzs and not Kalpi.
The original story was how Ragzs gives up his all, his love to get revenge and eventually realizes that revenge is futile and falls in love with Paakhi- his enemy's daughter. kalpi was supposed to be the girl he has falls in love with but betrays for revenge. Kalpi was supposed to be the broken hearted girl who then climbs the ladder of success ruthlessly and avenges her betrayal from Raghav.
The PH did not anticipate that Kalpi's character would become so lovable and that Ragna as a couple would gain so much popularity. It was all due to Rachana's talented acting skills and Shrini's lack of. So it turned the tables on them . To top that, there developed hte twitter wars between fans and cast and tat led to further derailment. Then it became an ego issue for them. So they had to find a scapegoat. Now Ashish and Shilpa both are well established wit big connections , so they can't be touched. Shrini is their own family so only one without connections and dispensable is Rachana . So they made her the public scapegoat.
Now they r bringing in Asha , but Asha will not allow them to push her around. Hopefully they have learnt their lesson and they won't but they will even pull Asha's character for a long time...making her fall all over in love with Ragzs and eventually after a year may unite them...if they last that long...
and yes, they can treat it like there public property if we keep watching and giving them TRPS. Hence fight the fight and say
