Sex is important part of our life but isn't it a spur of moment and here the guy actually is under the effect of alcohol and drug .We even saw that he has not done anything as he was not even in position of standing .I know he is at fault but situation needs to be considered .He already is in guilt of the fact that he has ruined three lives and may be that is the reason he is much friendly towards this lady .
