Hello guys.. I didn't get a RagNa attack but still this story is just not leaving my head.. For people reading my other ffs.. I'm putting them on hold for sometime as I need to figure out what to write next and by that time I'll complete this one..
Not gonna rush it but the end is still near..

The sunlight entered his room brightening it up just like his life had brightened.. he woke up from his deep slumber with a smile which just refused to leave his lips.. his lips.. lips that confessed his feelings which his mouth couldn't voice.. the feelings which now his heart accepted but still something was stopping him from admitting those.. a fear.. fear of rejection.. fear of being left alone like it had always happened with him...
His childhood began on a great note.. he was blessed with the best parents who loved him more than their life.. who fulfilled every demand of his and when needed even scolded him.. after scolding cared for him..loved him.. but then everything changed.. his mother left him..his father was murdered.. everything and everyone that was close to him left him.. every relative..every friend.. everyone just left him.. and those who came to him where just looking for a moment to hog up all his wealth..
From that moment he feared getting attached to someone.. he feared being hurt ...being betrayed..and now yet again he was attached to someone..his heart now belonged to someone.. but the fear of losing her was making him restless.. the smile slowly faded away and was now replaced by sorrow..
A knock came from the door to break his trance .. Raghav got off the bed and walked towards the door and clicked it open.. Gauri was standing outside waiting to ask about her son's well-being..
"How are you Raghav??", she asked while lovingly caressing his face.. Raghav held gauri's hand which was on his cheek and while trying to sound as genuine as possible but failing terribly said," Mom .. I'm fine.. actually yesterday I was just a bit tired and tensed so..".. he was shushed by Gauri who replied while patting his cheek," It ok beta.. you need not give explanations.. freshen up and come down for breakfast.."..
Raghav was touched by his mother's gesture who understood that he wasn't in a state to talk to anyone except.. an involuntary sigh left his mouth on thinking about her..
Gauri turned to leave when Raghav called out her name," Mom.. ummm.. when's Kalpana coming.. umm actually I wanted to discuss some important work so.."..."She isn't coming today.. Actually she.."... Before Gauri could complete her sentence she saw Raghav nod his head and close his room door...
She knew for a fact that something did happen yesterday coz when she exited the kitchen she saw Kalpi quickly walk past her without acknowledging her presence which was so unlike Kalpi.. after some time Raghav locked himself in his room and then it was only in the morning when he came out of that place..
Gauri wanted to ask what the problem was but the more sensible part of her mind said that she needs to give them some space instead of hopping in to solve their problems.. this was the time they should sort it out together...

Raghav still stood with his back touching the door as he frowned on thinking the reason behind Kalpi's absence.. He slowly slipped down and was now sitting on the ground with his chest rolled up to his chest..
"I shouldn't have done that.. I had no right to do it..", his mind cried..
"Ya right .. you should've just let her go away with Prem..", his heart said sarcastically..
While holding his hair in frustration he thought..."Prem's like my brother.. how can I.. how could I..maybe she.."
"She doesn't love him.. she responded to your love.. she does have some feelings for you and its time to know them.."
"Know them?? know about her feelings when I'm not clear about mine??", came a sarcastic remark from his mind..
"You love her.. you .."
"I don't .. I can't .."
"Why?? Just because of your fear to lose her??"
"YES!! .. Yes because I fear to lose her.. I'm afraid that she'll leave me .. "
"So if you don't confess then she won't leave you?? even after what happened last night??"
"I'll sort it out.. I can't make her a part of my disheveled life ... she deserves much better..And plus she won't be able to live without mom..."
After facing his inner turmoil Raghav got up.. a perfect.. according-to-him-perfect decision made.. "I'll talk to her.. I'll clear things up and make it back to normal.. my mistakes won't separate her from mom.. she loves mom a lot and I won't sadden her because of my actions.. yes that's what I'll do.. yes..", happy with his resolve he walked towards the washroom to freshen up..

Done with few party preparations Prem and Kalpi entered the office only to be welcomed by squealing Paakhi.. she ran towards them and the trio shared a group hug..
Prem saw the office people giggling looking at paakhi's childishness and pulled out of the hug.."Paakhi cool down a bit.. its office not our home.."... In a loud voice Paakhi said," Gosh Kalpi..I..".. "Shhh Paakhi... lower your voice a bit..",Kalpi said..
"Arrgghh.. u both.. This is my dad's office and I don't care what people say and think.. (in a dramatic way) kuch toh log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kehena..(People will say whatever they want to.. it's their work to say something like that..)"...
Placing his hand on her shoulder Prem said,.."Ok fine Ms.Kapoor now go back to work.. we'll discuss this kuch toh log kahenge and who missed whom etc. later on in the lunch time.."
With a sad pout Paakhi went to her cabin while stomping her foot and Kalpi was about to leave to hers when Prem held her hand and whispered something in her ear.. (it was about Raghav and Paakhi's gifts).. they exchanged knowing looks and went to their respective cabins.. and all of this was witnessed by Raghav who yet again felt the anger build up inside him..
Kalpi reached her cabin which was just opposite Raghav's but.. "Why's the name plate changed??",Kalpi asked the girl sitting in the cubicle outside her cabin.."Ma'am your cabin is shifted .. it's now the second last one beside Mihir sir's"... With a perplexed expression Kalpi followed the girl..
Her new cabin was no different than her old one just the difference was it was no more in front of Raghav's cabin.. the size was almost same with minor changes in the interiors and the one thing she didn't fail to observe was that the small Ganpati idol she always kept on her table was there and unlike everyday someone had placed a marigold flower in front of it..
"I should distance her from me..", Raghav thought as he stood at his cabin door looking at the peons come out of Kalpi's new cabin... After they left Raghav walked towards her cabin to check whether everything was kept just like it was before and that time he noticed the Ganpati Idol.. He picked up one of the marigold flowers kept in the basket on the front table and placed it in front of the idol as he remembered the day when Gauri and Kalpi were placing the flowers and on asking about the flowers Kalpi had told him that Lord ganesha loves marigold flowers...
She still kept wondering why this sudden change and that too now.. just two-three days more and SK constructions would split..
P.S This part is just getting longer and longer with the emotions and all which I felt are needed.. do leave your feedback and some jealousy scenes coming up in next part..
