"Hello Raghav", a man in his late 40s wearing the police uniform said as he entered the room.. Sammy and Raghav got up and shook hands with him...

"Please have a seat", he said while sitting on the chair opposite to Raghav and Sammy's across the table...

"Sammy he is Mr.Rawat ACP of Mumbai police and Sir he is Samar Raizaada my friend and business partner", Raghav said as he introduced the two gentlemen...

Mr.Rawat- Hello Mr.Raizaada...

Sammy- (Smiles) Hello sir..

Raghav- Sir yesterday you said you wanted to meet me.. Did you get some proof about my dad's murderer??

Mr.Rawat- Actually there's a problem... As you said earlier that Mrs.Singhaania is an eye witness and she has seen Sahil Kapoor murdering Mr.Singhaania but we can't arrest him..

Raghav- But sir atleast we can reopen the case right?? I mean I know someone was falsely accused and that person hanged himself but...

Mr.Rawat- He wasn't..

Sammy- What do you mean by wasn't sir?

Mr.Rawat- He wasn't falsely accused ... the crime was proved...

Raghav- But what proof did they find??

Mr.Rawat- Raghav Singhaania's written statement...

Raghav and Sammy are shocked... "That's impossible", Raghav said...

"Here", Mr.Rawat said as he handed Raghav a brown envelope..

"I earlier thought that the person comitted suicide after accusation... If that was the case then we could easily reopen the file but then I found this written statement while checking the court documents...".. Raghav opened the envelope and took out the white sheet which had his statement...

"It was a holiday so as usual I was sitting in my room playing video game and then I heard some people yelling 'Humaara pagaar hume do (Give us our salary)' ... I went to see what was the chaos all about... I was standing in the balcony ... The watchmen opened the gate and were trying to stop the people from entering... Dad was trying to pacify the crowd... he said something to them which I couldn't hear and then came back inside... after some time the crowd in front of the gate was also cleared... I went back inside my room and after about five minutes I heard my dad's scream.. Out of worry I ran into his room and found a man holding the knife which was inserted in my dad's chest.. he was the same person who lead the crowd and I had seen him in Dad's factory when I used to visit him.. it was Vithal Jadhav who killed my father.."

And at the lower right side corner there was Raghav's sign...

Nodding his head in shock Raghav said," Its not true"... "What's not true??", Sammy asked..."This Sammy.. ", Raghav said pointing at the paper in his hand... He handed the paper to Sammy ... Looking at the ACP Raghav said," Someone has tampered with it.."

Mr.Rawat- Raghav that's not...

Raghav- The starting is all that I said but this is not the truth.. After I heard dad's scream I went to his room but I didn't find anyone there.. then someone hit my head and when I regained consciousness I was with Sahil Kaitpoor in his car...

Mr.Rawat- Maybe you don't remember properly what happened... It has been about 10 years ...

Raghav- Sir my dad was murdered that day... Never can I forget that changed my whole life... I remember I gave this statement and I also signed it but..

Sammy- Had you checked it??

Raghav- (Nods his head in a no) Why did I trust that man?? I was in shock and Mr.Kapoor told me to sign and I did so coz I trusted my father's friend.. I just wish I knew he was not a friend but a foe..

Raghav lowered his head ... Sammy placed his hand on Raghav's shoulder knowing that his friend was guilt-ridden as his statement had made someone commit suicide...

Sammy- But sir can't it be a murder?? I mean ... if Sahil Kapoor can kill Mr.Singhaania then why not Mr.Jadhav... maybe..

Mr.Rawat- The person had also written a suicide note ... actually he was ill so was kept in house arrest and that's when he comitted suicide..

Raghav kept quite... He was trying to punish his father's murderer but now he felt like one... his one mistake had took an innocent life...

Mr.Rawat- All I wanted to say now is that we have only one way to reopen the case now.. Sahil Kapoor's confession.. nothing else can help ...

Sammy- He would never confess ... being bankrupt is better than being behind bars.. So even if we blackmail him he won't say even a word..

Mr.Rawat- Mr.Singhaania was my dear friend and I promise I would try everything to get him justice...

Raghav gave him a grateful look and left from there... Sammy too left after thanking Mr.Rawat for his help...

Sammy dropped Raghav at his home and went back sensing that his friend needed some time alone and it wouldn't be the best idea to have a family dinner..

Gauri was busy in the kitchen so when Raghav rang the bell Kalpi went to open the door only to find Raghav who was standing there with his tie loosened and holding his blazer in his right hand (he had a spare one in the office) and head lowered... He didn't see her and without giving her a single glance he walked inside to his room...

"What happened to him??", Kalpi thought...

Gauri called out to her from the kitchen to ask whether Raghav came ... Kalpi went inside the kitchen and while taking out the plates from the stand Kalpi said," Ha ma.. he went to his room.. he looked a bit upset", ...

Kalpi was arranging table while Gauri went to Raghav's room...

Gauri- (While knocking the door) Raghav come down for dinner..

Raghav- (From inside) Mom I'm not hungry ...

Gauri- Raghav stop behaving like a kid..

Raghav- (Opening the door) Mom please.. I'm really tired .. I'll have the dinner later on...

"Ok beta", saying so Gauri left from there...

Gauri often used to suffer from severe headaches so she had started medications that made her feel drowsy... After having dinner Gauri went to her room on Kalpi's insistence and kalpi was cleaning up the table with the help of the servants while thinking to herself...

"I'll just ask the servants to keep the plate in his room.. that's it.."

"But you told ma that you'll make him have dinner"

"Why should I care if he has dinner or not??"...

"Not for him.. for ma .. Just take this plate and make him have dinner"..

While thinking this she was pouring the dal in the bowl for Raghav and the dal was falling out when she felt someone hold her hand...

Raghav had come out of his room...In the afternoon out of tension he hadn't eaten anything so now he was starving and when he came near the table he saw Kalpi pouring dal in an already full bowl..

Raghav- Do you love dal so much that you are filling the full plate with it..??

Kalpi- (Realising her mistake) Ah.. no.. actually.. I..

Raghav was looking at her while she was looking here and there while trying to make up a proper sentence... All the while her hand was held by him... A servant came from behind and saw them.. looking in opposite direction he cleared his throat... both Raghav and Kalpi looked at him and then their hands.. they immediately moved away..

Taking the plate Kalpi went inside the kitchen ... While picking up the plate her dupatta moves a bit and Raghav sees finger imprints on Kalpi's hand.. before he could ask anything Kalpi goes to the kitchen to get another plate ...

While Kalpi is serving Raghav he keeps staring at her as he remembering the morning incident.. She was about to leave but Raghav held her hand to stop her...

Raghav- I'm sorry...

Kalpi- (Confused) For what??

Raghav- Your hand.. I didn't mean to hurt you.. really I didn't...

Kalpi- (In mind) He really is feeling bad.. Shut up Kalpi... But.. just say its ok and go..(Aloud) Its ok..

Kalpi tries to go but again Raghav stops her... She as if reads his eyes which say that he really is feeling bad for hurting her and says,"You did it unintentionally... If someone commits a mistake unknowingly and tries to mend it then that person can be forgiven.."

Raghav just got to hear the words he needed to hear the most...And kalpi left.. Raghav's driver dropped her back home as per Raghav's instructions..

While pacing about in the living room,"What's wrong with me???Why the hell do I care about him ??O god!! Why does he being around affecting me ?? I shouldn't be caring about him ... the only thoughts about him should be that I hate him and I.."

"Feel anything but hatred about him", her inner voice said...

"No!!! no!! ...because of him baba died and I hate him.. hate him more than anything..."

Tired of her inner conflict Kalpi laid on the couch and tried getting some sleep all the while thinking to herself that she's gonna stay away from Raghav...

While Kalpi was planning to stay away from Raghav ... he just couldn't stop thinking about his weird feelings.. one moment he is so mad at her that he ends up hurting her and next moment he misses her ... one moment he's all stressed out because of one problem and her single sentence solves it..With a smile on his face he drifts off to sleep...

Now Raghav will be on guilt trip. i hope he tries to find the man's(Vitthal's) family for apologizing as he might feel that that's the only way to reduce his own guilt. Btw does Raghav know Kamla?? i mean is he aware that the man died was Kamla's husband. Sorry I forgot the story if u have already mentioned it.

So raghav's a small mistake made kalpi hate him.. bt even kalpi s unaware abt dat fact..

Hope rammy cums up with a new plan to trap sahil..
