A strange feeling...sort of anxiety had engulfed her mind and soul... it was sort of feeling...a premonition that something's gonna happen...
Ignoring it as stress due to her workload she resumed her work..
"Coffee in my cabin,NOW",Kalpana said in her (now became) usual stern tone...
Her new assistant Mary came in with her coffee... Placing the coffee on the table she turned to leave only to be stopped by Kalpana.."WAIT",Kalpana said in a bit raised voice...She looked up from the file she was studying...Mary just stood there with closed eyes waiting to hear her boss's scolding and the words "U R FIRED" coz this is what she could expect after listening a lot about kalpi's attitude...but what she heard suprised her to the core," Don't be scared i'm not gonna kill you...just throw this coffee and remember i like black coffee with just one spoon sugar",kalpi said in a calm tone and again digged her head into the file...Mary picked the cup and left from there..
It was true that Kalpi tried hard to become Kalpana...a determined girl with no feelin...she somewhat suceeded in becoming that too...but as they say "Old habits die hard"...Kalpi changed her appearance,her attitude absolutely everything that gave hints to people that she was weak and vulnerable ...everything but her heart...her golden heart still couldn't bear tears in anyone's eyes...couldn't bear sorrow in others life...
She knew she can never change that so she just kept her stern attitude as her shield to hide from the world that she had no weapons... that anybody can make her emotionally weak... keeping her interactions with others at minimal she continued her job...this was the reason why her co-workers working under her feared her...
When Mary came back with another cup of coffee Kalpi heard a voice from outside...
"I said mujhe mom se abhi milna hai",said the cute voice
"Sorry ma'am she's busy",said the lady
"Mujhe kuch nahi sunna...abhi matlab abhi",the voice said in a raised volume..
"What's all the commotion here??",Kalpi interrupted..
Scared on hearing her boss's voice the lady turned,"Na...na...nothing ma'am...aa...aa...actually..sa..sne"...before the lady could complete her sentence the source of the cute voice hugged kalpana...Kalpi looked down to see who it was and was delighted to see Sneha...She took sneha into her cabin after giving an angry glare to the onlookers...
S-Kalpana didi remember me..we..
K-of course i remember u sneha...how can someone forget such a cute sweet heart...(kalpi said while tickling sneha)..
By the way what r u doing here...
S- I came to meet Sunaina mom...
K- Sunaina ma'am is bit busy...till her meeting gets over you and i can sit and talk...
S-(Pulling kalpi towards the sofa in front of TV)..I want to see TV ..
K- (In a tone used by employees while talking to boss) So Madam which channel may i tune in to??
S- (In an authorative tone) Cartoon network please..
K-Sure ma'am..
And both shared a look and burst out in laughter..."Didi come sit...look tom and jerry..yippee.."saying so sneha jumped off her seat...they were enjoying their fun time for about two hours..

Sunaina's meeting got over and she came into kalpi's cabin...for the first time in these two months she saw kalpi behaving normally rather than an over strict and super rude Ms.Attitude...though kalpi spoke very sweetly with Sunaina she being an elder but still Sunaina felt that something in kalpi was amiss and today when she saw kalpi and sneha together she found it..the thing amiss was that gorgeous smile...those twinkling eyes...that care-free attitude...for some seconds she couldn't believe her eyes...she actually couldn't believe the fact that this was the girl who worked in her office past two months...
Clearing her throat,"Ahem..ahem"..
Hearing that kalpi rose in a split second and turned around composing herself...
K-Sorry ma'am I..
S- Its ok kalpana...thanks for being their with sneha..sorry if she troubled u...
K- Ma'am she's so sweet...how can she trouble anyone
S- You don't know what havoc she creates at home...anyways take this file and make the presentation for tomorrow's meeting... I'll take sneha with me..
Sneha got up and went to kalpi,"Bye didi"...Kalpi got down on her knees and said,"Sirf bye"..Sneha kissed kalpi's left cheek and left with her mom...
