EMA promised to inspire the poor to dream big and achieve it by showing kalpi's story who represents the poor community.
But they showed ,Inspite of studying extreemely hard, day and night, away from family, having no fun, making no friends, and doing well in exams, kalpi failed due to a bribe from a jeleous rich person and ended up being a waiter.
So they are telling the poor Don't study hard, as no gaurentee that they will top the exam becoz any rich person can manipulate the results and fail them and they will have no choice but to become a waiter.
And If u want a better job than that ,recommendation is needed, and some rich person should do meharbaan and give some assistant post, for which u have to work very hard, take endless insults, make coffee, order food for boss's freinds, and should be extra carefull so that no confidential info of company's projects will leak because being a poor the blame will be put on them.
Even after winning projects for the company and being very capable and deserving u may not get promotion.
If u wish to apply for exam revaluation and fight for the correct exam result, no one will bother, but u again need a rich person to do meharbaan and get the correct results out.
Don't dare to love a rich person, coz u and your family will only get heart ache and will face betrayal and insults, coz marrying the loved one will not be in the naseeb of a poor.
Even if u wish to work hard and make a career, u have only one option that is to become a kaam wali bai in your own restaurant (even for this restaurant u may need the meharbaani of rich person as a guarantor for the loan)
No matter ,if u have a degree with distinction and are intelligent, talented and hardworking still u will only become a kaam waali bai either at rich people's houses or in your own house or in your in laws house or in your own restaurant.
In short ema is teaching the poor, that they can't achieve anything on their own without the help of the rich, and can't create an identity for themselves except for being a kaamwaali bai so the poor people who watch ema will definitely think there is no need to waste time in studying and going to school and college, it is better to become a kaam waali bai right from childhood, atleast u will get experience in it and can earn a bit more and their dreams of having a respectfull life will not break as they won't dare to dream of anything.
