Because of all the medical equipment and also to make sure that there would be no disturbances in her care and the extra hygiene that would be needed and coz a professional staff is always going to be with her and subconsciously is worried how she will take it coz she does not know they r married n if she woke up n found herself in his room she would get stressed and hence hinder her recovery hence the guest room.
