Disclaimer: I am not a fan of any of the characters in this show. I started watching the show because I liked the theme. Having said that here I go.
The writing of this show has to be one of the most messed up amongst the daily shows on air right now.
This show went to the dogs weeks ago and has been just going downhill and hitting new lows.
Raghav: This is the same guy who was shown as an entrepreneurial guy who knew what he wanted. But, the writers decided to turn him into a mute spectator who ended up marrying a girl to finish his and his mother's so called revenge. And what the hell with taking revenge for an year? What is going to happen in one year? So, basically, they would equal to inflict the same torture on Kapoor's in one year as they have endured themselves for the last 18-20 years. Really? What a messed up logic. Did he even question his mother, why 1 year?
Oh, he is (or got married in his full senses) married (or whatever for 1 year) to a girl he doesn't love. But, he expects his lover to keep meeting him. There is no sense of rationality here. Of course, he is a poor soul who just got tricked. My foot😡😡
Kalpi: This was a girl who was shown to be very focused in life an knew what she wanted. Of course, love changes people and can change them for the better. But, this girl is simply blinded by love right now. She had absolutely no objection in wearing sindoor from a guy who is already married. It doesn't matter the marriage is for so called 1 year (yeah right), the fact is this guy is still married. She can take him back. But, she couldn't tell Raghav, "No, I'm not going to let you fill my maang with your sindoor". Any sane and self-respecting girl who is left alone at the altar by her lover would try to use some common sense.
Gauri: I completely fail to understand this woman. Okay, I understand she suffered a lot and is very very bitter right now. But, one year? Really, one year? I mean one year? Come on one year. That is her brilliant metric and time frame for taking revenge. What formula did she use to come up with that time frame? 👏👏Brilliant writing 😡😡
Kalpi's dad: I am completely with him. I know most of Kalpi and Raghav's fan hate him right now and in my humble opinion, I don't understand why. But, anyone who is sane and is a parent would have a similar frame of mind and would not want their child to run after a guy who is married.
Kamla: She has been super annoying in the past and even now at times. My frustration with her is that she is still also worried about Pakhi. I mean, get some sense in your head, lady. Your Pakhi is married now to the person she loved. Of course, he doesn't love her. But, that's Pakhi's and Raghav's problem. Not yours. Why can't you focus on your own daughter? She is the one who was left at the altar by her so called lover. But, how can we forget this is the great Kamla? How can she stop being mahaan at the every opportunity she gets?
I have absolutely ZERO sympathy for the life choices made by the characters in this show.
This show is nothing but a huge waste of time with lousy writing.
Oh, finally, if you completely ignore logic and a simply a die-hard Raghav-Kalpi or Ashish-Rachna fan, please ignore this post.
