I think it's Prem's office

Why else would Prem come back with all this drama going on? It could also be another business that the Kapoors have. I don't know how Prem will still have his office after Raghav took all their property(probably Prem owns it)
So Prem's company and Raghav's company will be competitors. And Raghav and Kalpi will keep on coming face to face.
Or Prem works for a company that is a rival to Raghav's company and now even Kalpi works there.
