i think he is just teasing/sarcastic. He does not write RAGNA but RAAGNA which seems more like he wants to say that fans just screaming for ragna

Naw they make it their mission to mess with RagNa fans, so I'm skeptical about anything they say.

I want Kamla and Sahil (Samla), Vitthal and Neetu (Vitu) , Rammy (Raghav and Sammy), and I want Sammy to ditch Raghav and get hitched with Pakiya...Let Pakiya ditch Sammy and get him hooked with Prem...Pair Gauri Tai with Sammy's father. Give Kalpi to new entry person..Ohh I forgot Paakhi and Maya will be perfect...Give Pakhi new entry as well Manda tai ka son...If they mess up with Ragna then they better destroy Kamla's sati savitri avatar too..

In early days, I thought Sahil had feelings for Kamala...The way he used to rely on her for Paakhi...I don't know why CV always show her as one who can't make mistakes.
