... and then I thought to never return to this forum, though from past 2 months it was my second home and I really felt peace once I would visit here. But now things have changed. Though I have always loved your posts and few more people's post on this particular forum who actually make sense, so I thought a mere stupid and idiotic turn of events by CVs in the show can not make me forget you all but I couldn't just make my heart to visit here.

And then Today I couldn't resist and came to visit here. And VOILA! I found your post with interesting title and then finally read it.

To say that I agree with you... would be an understatement!

I know when I started to watch the serial it was bits-in- bits, it was a part of their childhood... yeah yeah I wanted Rags to fall for Kalpi from the beginning, and I never once thought about Rags-Pakhi or Kalpi-Prem. No it never crossed my mind. I fell for them when they were not RagNa. So it hurts now.

But when I diligently started to watch the show, I thought that Pakhi was way too cute. Way more cute than Kalpi, No not because She was dark skinned but because she was little cranky in good old days. And then came first scene... AAH! What a scene it was. The Interview!! I loved their chemistry. And then the Bathroom/Washroom scene!! Could anything could have been better? I guess not!

But never once her skin tone or class crossed my mind. And I think if Kamla wouldn't have been their to remind it time to time I would have forgotten it. Kamla is typical one.

Rather, I think Kalpi's skin tone looks delicious when opposite Rags?!! I know Its stupid but it does. Honestly!

Though Pakhi is white, Rich, But I can't agree with people who say she is beautiful! No she is not. Kalpi has that classic look, and sharp features and her jawline is so bloody sharp. She is one dusky beauty. While Pakhi is so normal like all normal girls. Yes she is among the crowd while Kalpi stands out in the crowd.

CVs might be stupid to concentrate on her dusky skin tone so as to increase there TRPs when they could make a perfect story out of her sparkling and talking eyes. I think I am in love with her eyes.

Was it OFF the topic? Naah don't tell me that.😆

no dear ur talks were not at all off the topic .they were totally in line with it 😳
cvs have treated the story such way that raghav kalpi were bound to come together and they did
but its never easy to bring leads together so easily .no ..coz it looses the charm...so yes i never wanted ragna marriage
but but never wanted rakhi marraige .its worst thing..anyways i am still giving the show the chance ...coz cvs r same ...and if they r same ...this means they have ragna in store for us as well
kalpi class was always the focus of the show...all her problem were and r related to it...as for her colour...well it was never a focus...no...its few foolish fans who have made it a focus by calling her too dark to be paired with fair skinned raghav 😲..and it really irked me
paaki and kalpi r beautiful in their own ways ...but i hate it when skin colour is mentioned as a comparison criteria for beauty ..specially in negative sense

...but but but, You know what irks me more!
Its the fact that Kalpi would be his second...
Even I never wanted a marriage tract b/w them but this 'being second' sounds disgusting...

second is never disgusting dear...infact its often the right choice for life
often our first things r mistakes done in sheer emotional outrage or kiddish foolishness but when we make second choice ..we actually have learned from our first blunder and so second turns out to be more beautiful and life long satisfaction
the point is in getting happiness and what we deserve rather then counting how many number of timess we failed for it
being second is better then never getting happiness and be tied in an unwanted relationship ,when u know ur true happiness lies in second choice 😃

Iam a south india ,I have seen such things in my own family ,my cousin had toface such problem when it came to search alliance for her ,I was shoced to see many idiots rejected her bcoz she was not fair inspite of her well euducated( she had done her MBA) , such B******* can love their sisters if they r dark but biwi gori hi chahiye ...they are good for nothing . as far zee tv allowing the creatives to force such thoughts into our head which is really pathetic if I remember this was the first channel broke this sort of myth by a show I dont remember the name but character name was saloni .I stand by the thought beauty lies in our eyes irrespective of their complexion.acording to me Kalpi is the most beautiful person, infact only after raghav's confession she was shown doing makeup etc which was not needed at all bcoz without makeup too she stole many of our hearts. So best is ignore such people and dont even care to listen to people who think complexion and class matters.

A line fom a famous song " gore rang pe na itna guman kar gora rang toh din mein dal jayegha "

Now being dark skinned does not mean u r not beautiful .Well they show it in tv fine coz thats how narrow minded people think but why some of we the so called educated twitter fb forum using great people say so!

when i came first on this forum i read people calling kalpi too dark and non beautiful while they said baaki is fair beautiful and sweet .That was in decenber or january i think and i left the forum coz i felt this was not my place
but then i came back when i saw people liking kalpi and making posts on her and slowly this forum became my home
It really feels bad when iuhear people have that low ,narrow minded mentality sidelining a girl for her dark skin and lower middle class status
I am not aware of this as I'm new here. Unfortunately, there are people whose mind is still stuck in the dark ages...
i came here coz i thought this show made a difference by promoting such girl.
But look what i got .
The girl is still a victim and cvs always keep doing bad to her just to garner trp . Sometimes she is shown to fail in exams even when she tops why coz some rich people r jealous that a kaam waales daughter will win !
In reference to your statement above, this is the reality of the world. There are people who are from the higher socioeconomic class that just cannot see others who are poor come up. It contradicts with their fixed concept of themselves and their world and their superiority over others. They feel threatened when it changes. They want these people to always remain below them. I feel the cvs did right by showing us this. What I expect is that everyone knows who was behind this results issue. I never like it when people don't know who wronged them, especially when there's an opening for the truth to be exposed.
She is left at alters by the man who is shown that he still loves her ,why coz he wants to take revenge from some other rich people.
My question is why its only kalpi who is made a scape goat . She is just a common girl who is educated and has her dreams .But her dreams r brutally murdered by some sick mentality people and when she decides to be careful with her dreams ,a man comes and makes her to dream again making her his world .She thinks may its her chance to dream again. But guess what he leaves her coz his past comes calling .
I personally feel its okay to show a character facing problems and temporarily made a victim of circumstances as long as it makes sense and reflects reality. In my opinion, few incidents we have been shown like Kalpi working as a maid in Kapoors, the examination papers hacking issue, and results issue, fit into this category. We also have to realise that the people around us influence and affect our life. Kalpi's biggest problem is her mother. The purpose of Kamla's character being shown in such light, I don't know. It seems even the cvs don't know what they are doing with her character. Though, I liked that Kamla realised that she only contributed to the financial aspect of Kalpi's life but never gave her the love she deserved. Next is her association with the Kapoors. These people are poor in character to begin with. And it clearly did not help that Kamla inadvertently widened the gap between Neetu from Pooki. These characters and relationships are bound to cause problems for her. However, it should be balanced with the positive people in Kalpi's life being her strength. For that they themselves must find balance and strength. 😆 It would be nice to see them passionately standing up for her (not restricted by useless social norms and codes), giving her some practical wisdom.
Do you see the connections and chain reactions? What I want to see is how Kalpi uses her intelligence to find solutions to her problems. This we have seen in the Pune track. I want to see more of such instances, instead of cvs prolonging her problems by with the pathetic idea of showing persistence and all that crap and make her tolerate all this and suffer for long.
I have talked about the revenge in my topic on Raghavs character as well as other posts. When we look from Kalpi's perspective, it does feel bad that she's always hurt. When we bring Raghav into the equation, we have to consider his life, past and personality too. We have to accept that he carries a baggage (past). He is what his experience has made him. And he wants to relieve himself of that baggage (emotional and psychological), unfortunately he has a rather destructive way of doing it that hurts innocent people including Kalpi.
Come on cvs if u really want her to be always unhappy and never get the things she loves then why u use her face to promote her show .Use ur fair skinned , sweet paaki as ur face give her everything ,saying she is the girl with golden spoon
But please please stop using kalpi .Coz it really breaks my heart seeing her getting nothing and thrown aside in name of some trp twists.
It really breaks me to see how Kalpi is always the victim of some rich people jealousy and revenge games .

Having said all that, making Kalpi Raghavs second wife would be unacceptable as it will not serve any purpose to the plot and show. It will look llike the cvs are just emphasizing the image of Kalpi as a victim to the audience.

but i tell u not all men r like that many do know what beauty is and how sexy can be a dusky ...lol
@lLaughItOff pls do tell ur name ...i am happy i could be positive ...and am really surprised when people fight over first and second chance ...coz with me its always which chance gave me results and its a history not everybody gets sucess in first chance ,life is too long and many tomes we have to choose again and again coz many things we think r best for us turn out to be worst for us soemtimes...well thats called life .

This show always promised to deliver social message to the society but make the female leads suffer in the name of class and racism and revenge crap . The show named after achievement of a girl after passing through hurdles in life doesn't mean this girl never get happiness.

Are the c..v's saying us only people who suffer hell in life will turn out to be achievers then I too disagree.I always felt kalpi is becoming a punching bag for every one kapoors , kamala , raghav ...
I agree shana that kalpi is targeted in every way and if it goes by whats happening now, the revenge she will be target in future as well bcoz raghav loves her .
this rona dhona drama is common for trp game but this is really going over board. Even if she gets happiness will she be able to enjoy after loosing every thing in life .
