This separation between the lead roles has come at a crucial but apt juncture of their lives better still at this point of their relationship. Please note I am not advocating the way they have been separarated..That's a big NO NO for me and a huge let down from the CVs...Coming back to my post, as u r all familiar with the past both Raghav and Kalpi craved undisturbed attention from someone..Raghav more so than Kalpi given his terrible past...
We don't know exactly what happened 2 Raghav in US..did he stay completely aloof?? Did he have many acquaintances?? One thing is for sure he was very selective abt the people he interacted with like Sammy and Maya.I am sure he had his fair share of people trying to suck upto him 4 his wealth(and good looks) . Hence he chooses to be Khadoos..During his meetings with kalpana, he realizes that here is a person who has no expectations from him whatsoever😊 but is ever ready to show him consideration...The next thing you know, he is head over heels in love and constantly obsessing abt her. But to fill the void in his life, he has to get Kalpi to his side which he successfully does. He acknowledged that his actions r wrong to an extent and that he needs her to reform himself. He "claims" to have changed.but what did he change-playing with holi colours, smiling, street shopping, goin 2 the temple (u guys can add whatever else comes to ur mind). These small changes r big drastic changes in his eyes..Then comes along Gauri and whatever baby steps he has taken goes out the window...and he finds himself back at square 1 and then does sumthing very foolish (well at least the cvs did)😡..But deep down he expects kalpi 2 understand him..isnt that wat life partners shud do??
In Kalpi's case she always had her baba and dada by her side. Yes, she wanted 2 be the sole priority of her mother. But this is what always happens in relationships, even if you r surrounded by numerous people the heart yearns 4 the one person who does not project their love and affection...yes.yes.a mother is always special to a girl.but just imagine if it was the other way around that Vitthal didn't portray as much affection as he does now, wouldn't she have yearned for his attention?? But despite all the love and affection she is getting now, she feels she is lacking somewhere and unimportant ; and hence being placed second 2 sum1 else's needs. The human mind has a very strange and devious way of focusing only on our shortcomings however minute it may seem😭...Now here comes Raghav (who is not accountable in any manner unlike her own family) ready to focus completely on her. Which girl wouldn't like that??Moreover he himself had confessed that he NEEDS her..so there she feels she is important!! During their brief but sweet love period, she witnessed the changes in Raghav but did she change herself ??I don't think so...Did she need to change??yes..(how.. I am at a loss for words; u guys help me out here) One thing I know, she needs to be more confident in herself cos lack of self-confidence dampens everything around you.She needs to accept that not evrything is black or white.But she is shell shocked at Raghavs actions now...The person who had made her feel very important has done the opposite by jilting her.😭 So what does she do...a complete wash down of rags expectations of her..
One thing both the characters hav in common is that although they act tough and mature, they r very much immature in thoughts and actions. .Both of them were very much in the initial lovey dovey stage and very passionate abt each other...They r still to go in depth to their relationship (understanding and acceptance)..They claim 2 hav accepted each other whole heartedly but that is far from the truth...Love does not change you completely and that too overnight..It just helps you to compromise. It forces you to choose paths you wouldn't hav chosen otherwise..Distance does make the heart yearn.But if this Ragna marriage had hurriedly gone ahead and then MU cropped up, I bet it would have been uglier than this..cos then they would hav been unwillingly forced 2 accept each other's shortcomings due to their marital status..Because of this separation in the future (that is if PD has any intentions of getting them back together) they will b forced to work on each layer of their relationship as well as their own individual selves willingly and then the love story would rock... How they will do it is yet to b seen and at the whims and fantasies of the creative (pls for God's sake no RAKHI)
Pheww..i know a long post..but pls guys go thru it and share ur opinions
p.s In no way do I support the present track...so don't bash me over the separation due to revenge
