Ashish did have a deadpan face right through the episode but he made up for the lack of expression in his voice modulation. I thought he was pitch perfect there when he tried to tell kalpi that he was helpless, He actually sounded helpless.

As for the rest, they looked as they were acting with an effort..the whole scenario was mismanaged and badly executed. This is what happens when the story line is tweaked at the nth hour.

Hope Ashish moves on to better things soon...preferably movies.
