Achaaa yeh bataO? What Aai does not sense their daughter's dard and yearning for their love? What Aai, chooses to attend to someone else on the day of her daughter's sanskar? Kamla is indeed an Aai, and a very good one but only to Pakhi, never to Pakya nor Kalpi! Kalpi has said numerous times in the past that her sole reason for living is for her mother, to do everything her mother wants in the umeed she will one day become hers and hers only! Which frightens me for the future (but its a bridge we shall cross then).

She forced Kalpi to go last time, despite her not wanting to, ONLY because Pakhi wanted Kalpi there, aur aab, hum rich nahi hai Vithal! Oh puhhleeezzz!! Koi mujhe hammer la ke do!😳 She told Kalpi not to worry about the division b/w the poor and the rich, and that if she works hard and preserves, she will reach her ultimate aim, but these days, she has adopted Kalpi's rant of rich and poor😆

Oh and what Aai allows her daughter to drown knowing she cannot swim? She did that to Kalpana right before the 10 year leap and my heart broke so bad Kalpi.
