Hi.. I too had made a post on this same question, right after Raghav's accidental confession...

All I can say is about Kalpana..
She started being affectionate towards Raghav after driving night...
and then ... Uss Raat had some minor impact of attraction, which was held in confusion, cuz of Raghav's odd bhaviour.. and such attraction was suppressed...!! u can see it coming out.. by those small smiles she had while sleeping.. and thinks about Raghav.!!
and Finally.. A strong pull of Attraction for Kalpi had started from Accidental Confession night,, which eventually turned into love after consistent efforts of Raghav..!!

But as for Raghav.. there are too many confusions.. for some .. he had always been attracted to her since day 1.. from the way he looked at her, he had that intensity in eyes ... (blaah.. which I am still unable to see... and that attraction, came to visible limelight after Kalpi saved from loss..)
