Kalpana comes to Hiya and Neel's room and pleasantly surprised to see it is decorated like their room. She changes her clothes and starts talking with Hiya and Neel. Kalpana is again pleasantly surprised when Neel calls Raghav Bade Papa' and praises him. Hiya and Neel fall in sleep but sleep is far away from Kalpana's eyes. What was in Raghav's eyes which is making her restless. He just uttered that without love this marriage is nothing for him. But how can be that possible, they married just for Hiya's sake. May be Raghav is giving her space as he is guilty for hurting her. He loves Trisha, he told her 10 years back and then discovering the truth that she was not responsible for Trisha's death, He felt guilty. He tried to apologise to her many times but she never registered his any words as she always thought that he was telling lies. After all these years, she has forgiven him as past does not matter to her anymore, she wants to start afresh for her children's sake She has accepted this marriage whole heartedly but she will not be able to love again. Today she has seen new side of Raghav. Today he had earned her respect. She will do everything to make her marriage successful. This marriage is not a burden for her. She herself has chosen it and she will not allow Raghav to regret for it.

In Raghav's room, Raghav is pacing restlessly. Today, Kalpana became his wife but she does not love him. Their relation is just a responsibility for her and she wants to fulfil it. But he wants her love; he wants his old Kalpana back. He will win her love back. This marriage will get a meaning when Kalpana will start loving him again.

Next Morning,

Kalpana wakes up . As soon as she comes out of Hiya and neel's room, Gouri Singhania greets her. Kalpana fears that her mother in law will question her but she just smiles and asks her to prepare some sweet dish. Kalpana comes to Raghav's room and gets ready. Kalpana is about to step out of room, Raghav wakes up and asks her to stop for a moment. Raghav comes near to her. Kalpana goes stiff as she does not know how to react. Raghav holds her arm and takes her in front of mirror. Kalpana just follows him. Raghav takes vermillion box from the dressing table and fills her parting with sindoor. Kalpana realises that she forgot to put sindoor. She mumbles I ..just ..forgot. I will..remember...next ...time'. Raghav smiles : I will love if you forget it every day. and winks at her. Kalpana does not know how to react. She just rushes out of room. Raghav sadly smiles and self thinks I will wait for the day when you will remind me to put vermillion in your parting.'

Kalpana goes to kitchen and prepares gajar ka halwa as it is Raghav's favourite. She prepares it without any dry fruits as Raghav does not like dry fruits in halwa. Kalpana is shocked with herself that she still remembers Raghav's likes and dislikes. Then she remembers that Raghav was his first friend, the only person who trusted her apart from her dada and baba when she was accused as a thief. Raghav did not only support her but proved that she was innocent. Trusting her on that day, Raghav earned her immense faith on him. But then the flashes of their moments, Raghav's betrayals start dancing in front of her eyes and she closes her eyes. The same person, who trusted him when her own mother could not voice out her support for her, did not trust her in his misconception. The same person, who taught her to trust, broke her trust so badly that she is afraid to trust now.

Raghav gets ready and checks himself in mirror. Life has given him a chance to get his love back and he will not lose it. But he knows that this time it will be tough. Mending broken heart and trust is more difficult than winning it.

Kalpana comes out of her thought as Pakhi enters into the kitchen. They greet each other politely and start doing their respective work. They both find it little difficult to interact with each other. They were neither friends nor enemies. But they always shared a tangled relationship with each other. They both want to break the ice between them but still hesitant to it.Kalpana starts preparing breakfast for Hiya and Neel. She asks Pakhi about Trisha's choice. Pakhi tells her that Trisha's likes and dislikes. Both Pakhi and Kalpana start interacting over their children.

Kalpana and Pakhi set table for breakfast. Everyone comes to breakfast table. Kalpana serves halwa to everyone. Hiya and neel love Kalpana's handmade food. Trisha also likes it. Sammy also praises saying : Halwa is very tasty Kalpana . You prepared it according Raghav's choice.

Kalpana smiles and says : Thanks, Mr. Raizada. Sammy does not say anything hearing the formal name from Kalpana's mouth as he very well knows that it will not be easy for Kalpana to forgive him.

Raghav likes the halwa very much and gets happy thinking that Kalpana still remembers her likes and dislikes. He is about to compliment when Gouri starts talking with Raghav and she glances at Kalpana who is looking at Raghav expectantly. Raghav looks at his mother who is glancing at Kalpana and then looks at Kalpana. He understands his mother's plan and self thinks - So you are expecting compliments from me Mrs. Singhania. Not so soon. I have to teach you first what compromised marriage is?'

But I am really struggling to handle so much conflicting emotions at a time.
