He was sneezing. I have dust allergy and pollen allergy so when you sneeze, it is so loud that you try to control it, so it somehow ends up sounding like a couh-sneeze.
hahha it is funny but very irritating. once, i had an allergy attack and i sneezed/coughed for 2 hours ://
worst day of my life. but there are always anti-allergens for that :P
Also.. i remember Kalpi saying "Khaane ke saath saath baki cheeze bhi manga leti hoon"

It wasn't a blooper. now CVs can't show you everything/ 20-21 minutes ka toh episode hota hai!
