Why did they mix the 30day promotion challenge with resignation????

Regsignation toh 3-4 din ke baad exactly after alibaug episode ke baad hua tha and Raaghav himself had asked her to serve for another 6 months till the contract ends.

what did it actually mean...coz as we all know it was kalpi challenge to prove herself and has not she proved herself enough by bringing the biggest contract for the company and working kile a hard working employee

infact she should go and say sir give me promotion i have won my challenge ...or may she cannot as its employer to decided to profitable she had been to the firm
