Please...please...please...sammy...go out of Raghav's cabin...our Kalpi wants to talk to her Raghav sir...
I just hope some thing like this happen...
Kalpi knocks raghav's cabin door...and enters...
Kalpi: sir i want to talk to you.
Raghav: yeah..tell me..you have decided what to do...
Kalpi looks at sammy...as if she wants to talk to Raghav alone...
Raghav: sammy...we will discuss about the project later...you carry on with your work...
Sammy doesn't want to leave...he want raghav to follow his plan...he is afraid if he leave raghav alone with kalpi...raghav will give in..but he leaves...
Raghav looks at kalpi to indicate she can talk now...
Kalpi: sir...oh...30 days challenge...
Raghav: you want to continue or resign?
Kalpi: sir...i challenged you my first day here that i would prove my worth...you will sign and give me my promotion letter..you have not mentioned anything about that...You just said you want me to coninue here if i want to continue...but i want to know at what position i can continue..i mean if i continue...are you planning to promote me?
Raghav is shocked to see kalpana..not talking about anything other than professional things..
Raghav:see miss. Jadhav...you have performed very well in the past one month..but i can not promoteyou as you are yet to finish your degree..
Kalpi: ok sir..i got my answer...i have decided to resign...i will give you my resignation letter in few min..i request you accept it andrelease me from my duties..
Then she moves to come out of his cabin.
Raghav is still in shock...he didn't knoe what to say...
Raghav: there is nothing else to talk miss. Jadhav?
Kalpi: there was so much to talk sir..but...anyway..leave it..taht doesnt make any sense now...
Raghav understood his mistake...he stops kalpi...and asks her to take a seat...
Raghav: kalpi...you called me many times yesterday...there was some thing imp?
Kalpi: nothing imp.i just wanted to apolosise for the chawl incident..i didn't want to hurt you. It happend unintenstionally. I needed to change my dress as i was in my night clothes...didnt want to come infront on you like that. I came out to meet u after few min...but you had already left...i am sorry if i have hurt you..anyway sir..let me not waste your time..i also have some work to finish before i relieve from my duties here.
Raghav: kalpi...i wanted to talk to you...please sit.
Kalpi who is about to leave...sits in the chair...and looks at raghav...
Raghav doesn't know where to start...what to say...he can not say about sammy's suggestion...
Raghav: what do you think kalpi...you will just leave me like this...
Kalpi:what sir? What did you say?
Raghav: i mean...you dont have a dregree with you.you will not get job any where else..i had promised kamla bhai..that i will guide you in your career..what will you answer your mother?
Kalpi: that i will handle sir. Is anything else is there..shall i make a move now?
Kalpi couldnt sit there any longer...she was afraid if she stay one more sec..she will break down.
Raghav(pov): what did i do...i totally spoiled every thing...this girl was talking one step ahead...and i made her to take 10 staps back...i shouldnt have listened to sammy..kalpi is not like any other girl.
Raghav: ok kalpi...you can carry on...bring the resignation letter...i will start your relieving process.
Kalpi was expecting raghav to stop her...tell her not to go...but he just started checking some files...
Kalpi went back to her desk and started typing the resignation letter..all the things that happened for last one month flashes in front of her eyes...her first day in the office...her challenge...raghavs insults...the first presentation...the drive from kapoors mansion to chawl...alibagh trip...
.raghav was looking at kalpi...and was thinking what to do...what to do so that kalpi will not go away from him...he can not talk her in office..his brain has stopped working...he doesnt want to take sammy's advice..he calls peon and asks him to bring a coffeefor him. Kalpi is looking at raghav now and then...both could understand ...that both were hurt...
Raghav calls kalpi's desk.."kalpana...i am waiting in theparking area...near my car...come there in 5 min"
Kalpana..." Sir..i have some work to finish before the day ends..."
Raghav..." Just leave whatever you are doing...i am waiting for you...dont be late.."
Raghav comes out of his cabin...looks at kalpi for a sec..moves out...after few sec..kalpana also gets up and moves out of the office...
Raghav is waiting for kalpi...she goes and sits in the passenger seat...and raghav starts the car...noone is talking..
After 30 minutes drive..they reach a place where they can talk peacefully...
Raghav stops the car and asks kalpi to get down...
Raghav: "how can you do this to me kalpi? How can you leave me like this? You dont understand any thing. U dont understand how much i love you...after that fight at office...i felt really bad...i wanted to see you.talk to you...but you left without informing me...i made so many bahanas...to come to your chawl...just to see your face once...you shut the door on my face..you dont understand how much i was hurt when you closed the door on my face.."
Kalpana: " i told you the reason behind that sir...i didn 't have any other option...i tried calling you so many times yesterday...but you didnt answer my calls..sir...whole day...i was trying to talk to you...i wanted to meet you...but before that i thought of clearing all the confusions on phone...when you didn't answer my calls...i was so upset...i was not able to do any thing...i can not explain you how i spent the whole day...aapne eisa kyon kia sir."
Raghav : "..i was so hurt...i didn't know what to do...i just went with the flow...and ignored your calls...cant you come to me?dont you have the right to come to my home..to meet me..to make me understand...i wanted you to realise your feeling for me...i thought if u dont get to talk to me...you will miss me..and you will come running to me...but..you stupid girl...you are moving away from me.."
Kalpana and raghav..looking at each other...raghav wanted kalpi to say some thing..kalpana was thinking what to say...suddenly both said... " sorry"
Both smiled...
Raghav: " sorry kalpi...i am really sorry...i should have given you chance to explain your actions.."
Kalpi:" i am also sorry...i should have tried to make you understand in a better way...i mean...i should have tried to meet you..."
Raghav:" so...what about your resignation? I guess u dont need to type the letter.."
Kalpi asks raghav if they can go back to office now...
Raghav:" itni kya jaldi hai office jane ka..chalo..we will have lunch outside and go...office me tho baat karne milega nahi"
Thanks guys...for reading big post...i want them to talk and fix their problems...hopefully...some thing good happens in today's episode...

I am afraid...this sammy will not let them talk to each other...and once pakhi comes to office she will do that job...trying to be kabab me haddi...
