Agree with u 100 % if he would have not mentioned that he wants her to stay than it would be rude but not now as he barely indicated that he wanted her to make a decision both ways she would accept his love and work in his office. Basically he is following that saying if you love them set them free and if they r yours they will come back to u. 😃

I reali hope she leaves atleast in the future boss employer wount be an issue
