It's just a hurtful way to make her realize her own emotions. And he isn't asking her to leave. He even said at the end that he wants her to stay and the rest is up to her. It's a hint he gave at the end. He didn't do anything drastic. He has only ignored her phone calls.

agree but in that scene she looked hurt by his words. so in jest of anger she can say OK m leaving we just want to see raghav and Sammy face wen kalpi says this.

But you got to see in from the other perspective. If Sammy-Raghav hadn't plan this idea then we would have seen RagNa still hanging in the air. And the chase would have continued. Sometimes a change is needed to make the other person realize their own emotions.
