I find that very hard to understand. There has to be a position available before promotion can be made. Whose job is she after, Pakhi's? Does she expect the boss to fire someone just so that she can have a big position? I want to see what exactly she does? It doesn't make sense.

nope she would not do that to paakhi but she is challenging raghav to give her the job she deserves and suits the best...and its so vey clear from yest. epi. that raghav completely believes that she deserves much much better than what she has got...and so he is training her😛
