OFFICE:
Starts with scene when Annaya holds the phone and says" This is Annaya Sachdev and the Global Magazine new chairperson, How I can help you??? the distributor is very upset and tells her that he has been calling her for the past few days and no result and he mentions about their magazine and when he gave them the article about Dr Dhruve Mehra as he is well know doc. And he says if you don't publish about him or not have the interview with him then there will be a big lost in their company fame.
Annaya calls home and Meera picks up the phone and talk to her and asks her where have she been??? As Anushka missed her a lot then she explains to her about her new position and responsibility as a chair person and she has to run the business till Anushka grows up and tells Meera "Mom" take care of Anushka and I'll call u later. Annaya goes into deep thought and thinks of Dr Dhruv.. who is Dr Dhruve and how am I going to find him.
HOSPITAL:
Nikhil is in his bed and starts coughing and seems like gets short of breath and the nurse calls Dr Dhruve and he comes and yells at him with the anger… where've you been??? Don't you ever leave your bed while you're under my treatment and meanwhile Dr D. gets call from his office that some one is there and wants to talk to him then he says..ok, have her to wait and I'll be right there and as he finish on his check up with Nikhil and goes towards his office and guess who is there???
Annanya is sitting and waiting for him and Dr Dhruve gets inside and Anu is shocked to see him… as she saw him before and did not know his name.
It shows a little bit the flash back scenes when they both argued over "pray to Bagwan" and the words when she threw on him "human can be anything, but Bagwan" and etc..and they both sit and Anu is introducing her self as Annaya S "chairperson of Global Health magazine".
Dr Dhruve says.. oh It seems your company needs me. As I don't need help from your magazine. Then Anu continues to prolong her conversation about her company that our magazine is well know internationally for medical professional and we're the top 10 magazine around the globe.
Dr D. excuses himself and says.. Sorry, I don't have enough time as I am very tied; tell me what can I do for your magazine???
Then Anu adds that he is treating a patient who has very complicated case and you took the responsibility of his treatment and even you cancelled your other upcoming appointments.
Tell me dr how you are going to elevate this case?? Can you tell me about your patient's status? Who is he? or what is his name? I cannot release any info in regards my patients to the media then Annaya tells him that he is scared to open the discussion about his patient as he is suffer with critical issues and you're not telling me because of your reputation might be vanished.
Dr Dhruve gets very anxious then Annaya adds the reason I am asking you it is because I want every Dr to read about your remarkable treatment and adds why you are denying to give me the info, apparently, you're scared from your fame it might be vanished after you do a wrong thing to your patient or not get success on your task.
Anu throws harsh words to convince him and as she says, Sorry Dr D don't make a wrong judgement on me and don't get negative aspect whatever I am doing it is initially for you.
Finally, Dr Dhruve agrees to set up an appt with her for an interview.

HOSPITAL:
It shows as Annaya is walking on the hallway she is looking around the patients room and she finds Nikhil's bed but she does not see him and Anu think that who ever is in that room is Dr D's patient
Nikhil is wearing a mask on his mouth and she passes by his room and seems overjoyed as she found a pouch of gold and as matter of fact Anu stops for a few sec but she does not attempt to go ahead and check the room and later.
She sends 2 of her employees to take his photo for her magazine and as he goes behind the window and takes some of his photos it shows 2 guards are walking in the hall way and yells at him what is he doing there and he captures his camera.
Dr Dhruve is still in his office and suddenly gets a phone call that his mother is howling and pretending that she has a serious pain.
I have chest pain very badly and probably she has done this kind of dramas before Dr D. ignores the call and in a few sec she starts again and he thinks it is too serious and he rushes to the house to see his mother and when he reaches there she seems perfectly fine and it was her old drama how to get close to him or how to convince him to get married.
Dr D promises his mom when ever he find some his ideal girl he'll marry her and it shows his mother set up a party in the house and there are few girls are around and it is so funny scene and looks exactly like part of movie "Sharabi" when Amitabh dad collected some girls to marry his son… almost the same scenario.. Lollllllllll.
Meanwhile he gets a phone call from the guard about the photo and camera and he is leaving the area and goes to Anu's office or some house..and Dr D looks very upset and angrily tells her that is what the media does… I knew you're going to do this I'll tell you what??? I'll not have my interview with you ever! Anu is shocked
