It was finally the moment everyone was fearing for. The moment when a family would be broken, two love birds will walk their separate ways.
Virat and his lawyer, Rohan Malhotra were quietly seated in the Defense table. Manvi and her lawyer, viren vadhera were sitting in the Prosecution table. The rest of the vadhera and Choudry families were seated in the audience benches. Everyone was waiting for the judge to enter and begin the trial.
After a few minutes of waiting the judge finally entered the court room and sat down at his booth.
"We are gathered here for the marital dispute of Virat and Manvi vadhera.
Viren Vadhera, the prosecutors representative you may begin with your case" the judge says and viren stands up and walks towards the empty region in the middle.
"Your honor meri client , Manvi Vadhera has been Married to Mr. Virat Vadhera for 5 years. They had a happy married life up till 4th of December 2015. Virat Vadhera had a extra marital affair with Maya dixit. Manvi Vadhera is claiming for a divorce and wants full custody of her son and daughter. That is all from my end the lord" viren says and sits back down. The judge takes notes.
The judge looks at virats lawyer.
"Defense ka kya kehna ha?" The judge says.
Virats lawyer stands up.
"Your honor, My client was tricked and was under the influence during the extra marital intercourse. And I would like to make a correction that it was never an affair. It happened once and that one time was under the influence. My client prefers there not to be a divorce and if the divorce happens he wants full custody of the children. That is all" he says and sits down.
"Mr. Viren do you have any proof that it was an actual affair that was carried out for a certain period of time and if it was once do you have any proof?"
Viren gulps.
"Your honor it is an assumption that it was an actual affair but yes I have proof of the specific event" viren says and hands the judge manvi's phone and the judge views the video.
Manvi and virat both close their eyes as their failure was exposed to an outsider. The judge hands back the phone and takes notes
" Mr. Malhotra, do you have proof of Virat vadhera being under the influence?" The judge asks.
"Yes, I have a witness. I would like to call Miss Maya dixit to the stands." Virats lawyer says and a police officer brings her in the court room. Maya is taken under oath and then virat's lawyer stands next to her .
"Miss. Maya dixit. Kya app 4th December ki raat KO virat vadhera ka saath thi?" He asks and maya looks towards virat at the defense table.
"Yes" she says and looks at manvi with a evil smile.
"And did you or did you not give virat alcohol and drugs in a drink without him knowing what was in it?" The lawayer asks maya.
Viren looked towards maya and he knew what she was going to say.
"Shit" viren whispers under his breath.
"Kya huwa jiju?" Many asks in a low tone.
"She is going to lie" viren says and closes his eyes.
"Toh? Well we know the Truth." Manvi says confusingly.
"Manvi whatever maya says. Our case will now be based on that. You might get custody but virat badnaam hoga" viren says in concern.
Manvi opens her eyes wide and looks towards maya.
"No sir. I did not give virat anything. He touched me first. Pehle I refused but I'm single and I still have feelings for him so I gave in." Maya says and the entire courtroom was shocked.
Virat stands up from his seat in anger "jhoot bol rahi ha yeah ch*ti*a! Jaan sa maar daloonga mein isko!" Virat yells and viren hits his head.
Virats lawyer calms him down and makes him sit down.
"Mr vadhera! Maintain your discipline in the courtroom or else court will be at adjournment!" The judge says in anger.
"Mr malhotra you may proceed" the judge says.
"Your honor, maya is lying. She was arrested on the basis of 3 things. Lying about her marital documentations and tricking my client help her out then getting my client drunk without his knowledge and then taking s*xual advantage of him in that state. Here are the police reports. " he says and hands in the reports. The judge views them and then write down details.
"Your Honor. Virat Vadhera is innocent. He was not in his senses when everything happened. He deserves to have custody of his children." Virats lawyer says .
"Objection your honor" viren says and stands up and the judge nods his head.
"Sir if that is the case then why not forgive murder under the influence? Why not forgive Driving under the influence? Even if virat was not aware of what he was drinking he was responsible for ending up there and sir he had enough self control and common sense to know that there was something else in the drink.
Your honor virat vadhera had a drinking problem 7 years ago. He obviously knew the drink maya gave him had alcohol and then just could not control" viren says and virat looks at him in shock. Nobody but viren knew about what happened 7 years ago, not even manvi.
"Bhai Aj sa app mera Bhai nahi raha ha" virat says in between virens statement.
Viren silently looked towards the judge.
"Order order! Last warning Mr vadhera! Please do not interrupt!" The judge yells in anger.
"As I was saying. Your honor it is not safe for new born babies to be with a man who can not control himself whether it be alcohol or women. Another point is, Virat Vadhera is a very busy superstar now. He obviously does not have the time to raise two babies. And lastly the twins are very young they need their mother more than their father." Viren says and sits down.
"Defence do you have anything to say?" The judge asks.
Virats lawyer stands up.
"I would like to call manvi vadhera to the stands" he says.
Manvi quietly walks toward the stands and her oath is taken.
"Mein Jo kahoongi sach kahoongi of sach ka siwa kuch nahi kahoongi". Manvi says.
"Mrs. Vadhera tell me honestly. Virat as a husband in 5 saalo mein kaisa raha ha? Any distances? Fights? Secrets? Lost of love?" Virats lawyer asks.
"No. We had a few small fights but nothing was ever major. He was a very good husband. Never any secrets, I had access to his phone and everything. We were one person in two different bodies. But that incident turned everything upside down." Manvi says sadly.
"Okay and tell us all honestly was virat a good dad from the pregnancy till now?" Virats lawyer asks.
Manvi looks towards virat across the courtroom and they both have a eyelock for a few seconds.
Manvi takes a deep breath.
"Virat was an amazing father. Throughout my pregnancy he was by my side 24/7. He wouldn't let me eat anything but healthy food. When the twins were born he was happier than I was.

Phir bhi is aadmi na mujh pa yeh gaanda daag lagaya! ESA admi KO mein custody nahi de sakti your Honor." Manvi says and bursts out crying .
Virat holds his forehead in tension. He then stands up and walks towards manvi in the confession stand.
He olds her arm tight and makes her look into his eyes.
"Meina us din Jo kaha gussa mein, ghabra ka kaha! I was about to lose you god dammit! Hum dono jaante ha ka mera her sans mein tum ho manvi! Mera dil jaanta ha ka mannat or variman ka veins mein mera khoon dorta ha! Mena tum pa shak nahi kiya! Ek galti kerli! Us ki itni beri saza?" Virat screams on the top of his lunges in front of everyone. The judge stands up from his seat.
"This was the third strike. Court is adjourned till tomorrow!" The judge says and leaves the room. Everyone was just surprised.
Manvi looks virat in the eyes.
"Tumhara is jazbaati nature, hum dono ki zindagi barbaad kerdegi! Thanks a lot jerk!" Manvi yells and walks out the courtroom with viren and everyone else.
As manvi and viren were walking outside virat held manvi's arm and stopped her.
"Tum kahi nahi jaa rahi. Meri biwi ho! Bahot hogaya! Aj yehi faisla hoga!" Virat screams in the empty court room that only had the vadhera's and choudry's
"Virat court is adjourned!"viren says.
"Bahar mein gaya court!!! Or app toh chup hi raho! Nafrat ha mujhe app sa Bhai! Nafrat! You were my dad, my brother my role model! Sub kuch khatam kerdiya app na Aj! Meri hi biwi or bache mujh sa alag kerwa raha ho app! Saga Bhai hoon mein apka!
School mein koi mujhe ankh utha ka bhi dekhta that app us ki dhulae kerta tha! Aj duniya ka samne app khud mujhe bezat keraha ho?
Mujh sa meri duniya cheen raha ho? Meri manvi KO mujh sa alag keraha ho?" Virat yells and bursts out crying like a baby.
"Virat mujhe insaaf ka saath Dena hoga" viren whispers.
Virat looks up at him and pushes viren.
"Mena kuch nahi kiya! Mujhe kuch yaad bhi nahi ha! Maya gave me some strong drugs. Meri koi galti nahi ha!" Virat screams and continues crying.
Manvi felt pain seeing him so weak. She held his shoulders.
"Shh virat calm down" manvi whispers in his ear.
Virat pushes her away in anger.
"And you! 7 janam ka vaade? Sub jhoot!!! All of this is bullshit! Humari shaddi! Humara pyaar sub kuch! I am done with everyone. Maafi maang maang ka thak gaya hoon! I feel like shit everyday manvi! Every single **cking day!" Virat yells and then walks out the court room in tears.
Manvi puts her hand on her eyes and starts crying herself.
Jeevika tries to calm her down but manvi runs away too.

Viren was sitting on the sofa thinking about what virat said today.
"Kya huwa viren ji?" Jeevika asks as she walks in with a tray with chai.
"Jeevika close the door and curtains please" viren says.
Jeevika nods and does so. She walks towards viren and ruffles his hair and then sits on his lap.
"Kya huwa virat ki baatoon sa perishan ho?" Jeevika asks and viren nods and hugs her waist.
"Viren ji ek baat mujhe samjh nahi aarahi. Mein manvi ki behn hoon or mujhe virat pa itna gussa nahi ha jitna app KO ha. In fact beri BG or daboo toh UB bhi virat ka side pa ha. App sub sa zyada against ha virat ka. Esa kyew?
Ager manvi virat KO maaf kerdegi toh inka ghar Bach jaega. The twins will grow up in a happy family. That's good na." Jeevika says.
Viren thinks for a while.
"Pata nahi jeevika. Shayad mein Bhai sa pehle lawyer ban gaya. Manvi KO esa treat ker raha tha jessa manvi meri 15 saal ki beti or virat us ka bigra huwa boyfriend.
Miya biwi ka jhagra mein aag laga ka mena uppne hi Bhai sa talokaat kharab kerdiya" viren says sadly.
"Its okay sub theek hojae ga and aag appne nahi maya na lagaya ha" jeevika says and stands up and walks towards the door.
Viren opens his laptop and clicks on the video of virat and maya.
Viren looks at it closley and opens his eyes in shock
"Roko jeevika!" Viren yells and jeevika turns around .
"Manvi KO bhejo yahan jaldi! Go!" Viren says and continues looking at the screen.
After a while manvi walks in.
"Yes jeeju?" She asks
"Manvi did virat have any tattoos?" Viren asks and manvi raises her eyebrows.
"Yes arm pa, maa ka naam ha na in Hebrew" manvi says.
"I know that! Anywhere else? Anywhere?" Viren asks.
Manvi nods a no.
"You sure? Yaad kero! When is the last time you saw virat...?" He asks.
Manvi raises her eyebrows in confusion.
"Era saw him naked! When is the last time batao!" Viren asks and manvi opens her eyes wide.
"Excuse me?"manvi asks awkwardly.
"Manvi the man in the video isn't virat! He just looks like virat! Dekho iska lower back pa chota sa tatoo ha. Shorts sa cover horaha tha but when he moved dekho you can see the tattoo!" Viren shows manvi the video.
