The judge comes and also sambhav arrives. While viren was still in thoughts he sees barun and jeevika entering the court room. But he was shocked to see barun with an injury. The court session starts. Mr. Malhotra was the judge defending Sambhav. Mr. Malhotra stands up and he was about to speak when the Chief Justice speaks,"This case was brought upto the high court as it involves big names like Viren Vadhera,the most famous lawyer here in Chandigarh. So Mr. Malhotra you may start"

He starts off,"Thank you my Lord! I agree with you in this case involving big names but unfortunately there is not much to discuss or argue as Mr. Viren Vadhera himself had accepted his crime! Am I right Mr. Sobti?"

Barun says,"Well Mr. Malhotra,my client Mr.Viren is the most truthful person ever so despite him knowing that he actually didn't push Riya,he accepted that it was because of him she fell down the cliff. But taking his goodness as his weakness,few people have actually plotted a very big drama behind this and showed it as a murder."

Mr. Malhotra argues "Objection my Lord,Barun being a close friend of Mr.Viren is trying to speak rubbish and divert the courts attention"

Barun breaks his rubbish by saying,"Well Mr. Malhotra I guess you haven't experienced not all friends are good. Actually it is one of Viren's friend who is behind all this and he is sitting in the court."

Sambhav though quite tensed is a little bit okay because the major evidence is with him. The judge asks barun,"Well Mr. Sobti you are saying that the person behind is here so the court should know who it is"

"Of course my Lord,I would like to ask the court to grant me the permission to call Mr. Sambhav the husband of Mrs. Riya"

"Permission granted. Mr. Sambhav please come over"

Sambhav comes and he takes the oath of saying only the truth and barun speaks,"Mr. Sambhav so its your wife Mrs. Riya Malik who is killed by Mr. viren right"

Sambhav speaks,"Yes Mr. Sobti its my wife who was killed but as I know my friend Viren can never do such thing,even I fell its an accident."

Barun gives his famous smirk and jeevika gets disgusted at the way he is lying,"Okay Mr. Sambhav,I accept your love towards your friend Mr. Viren but my question if you had so much of faith and trust why did you file a complaint?"

Sambhav was shocked as he didn't expect this question,and barun continues,"Okay lets leave that, I suppose you arrived few seconds after the incident,how did you know where viren and riya were when you were supposedly taking care of your sick mother?"

There was a gasp in the whole court and Mr. Malhotra started,"Mr. Sobti you are unnecessarily questioning my client"

Barun shouts,"Unnecessary,I didn't find anything so called unnecessary Mr. Malhotra, so coming to you Mr. Sambhav can you please answer my questions?"

Sambhav was shell shocked and sweating badly,and barun continues,"Mr. Sambhav its you plotted everything against my client Mr. Viren and now you pretending as if everything is unknown to you."

Mr. Malhotra says,"Objection my Lord,Mr. Sobti do you have any proofs regarding what you are saying?"

Barun argues,"Firstly Mr. Malhotra I never completed my version and yes before I complete let me answer to your questions,yes I have proofs and I would like to disclose a very important thing that Mrs. Riya Malik the wife of Mr. Smabhav Malik is very much alive!"

The whole court and Smabhav were astonished by the latest disclosure especially the Vadheras.

"Mr. Sobti you cant just pass on ramdomw statements without proofs"

"Yes Mr. Malhotra I have proofs, the plane tickets of Mr and Mrs Sambhav for tomorrow and also the CD which has Mr and Mrs Sambhav malik speaking about them plotting against Viren"

The judge asks Barun to hand over the evidences when jeevika comes to him and gives the file and says,"Barun the CD is missing!"

"Jeevika what are you saying,how can the CD be missing! It was here itself na!"

"I don't know Barun" and she starts to cry,viren unable to understand looks here and there when he sees sambhav smirking and understands that he is responsible for it! Barun says,"Don't worry jeevika,we will find out something"

Mr. Malhotra says,"What is this new drama Mr. Sobti? "

The judge interferes and asks,"What happened Mr. Sobti where is the CD?"

" My Lord,I am sure Mr. Smabhav is responsible for all of this please give a time of 2 hours I will get that to you"

"Permission granted and the court is adjoined for 2 hours!"

Barun and jeevika starts to search everywhere when the police takes viren away. Jeevika runs behind him and hugs him and says,"virenji bas 2 hours mein kuch bhi karke hum aapko bahar nikallenge virenji,aap chintha mat kariye"

Viren speaks,"I have full faith on you jeevika,take care of yourself"

Jeevika goes to barun and says,"I am sorry Barun,its all because of me. I should have been more careful"

Barun speaks,"No jeevika its okay, we will definitely do something" Saying so he starts to think when it strikes,"Jeevika you have it in your phone na,come on give your phone!"

Jeevika then realizes her phone is not with her. She says,"when the goons were chasing me I think I must have dropped the phone barun"

"Oh god! Okay you sit here Ill make some calls and come"

Barun head starts to spin and he feels a sharp pain in the head but he ignores it! He makes a call to the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ahem Modi! He speaks,"hey ahem,barun here! So what happened did you find anything?"" Yes barun we have found what we wanted but there is a CD and Phone near the the temple,we have seized it!"

"Wow ahem,I cant thank you enough! Its jeevika's phone and CD please can you come here with all the evidence. Please"

"Sure barun,I'll be there in 30 mins"

Unknown to Barun,someone heard his conversation and was thinking,"Now who is this Ahem!"

Barun heads starts to spin and he is about to fall down when his assistant tells him to go to the doctor once,and he refuses saying its important for jeevika and he needs to saty here. Saying so he goes and sits with jeevika and says,"Hey jeevika don't worry we have almost won the case" he explains his conversation with ahem and both share a cute hug. Barun yells in pain and jeevika realizes she is hurting his hand. She then apologizes. And tells him to see the doctor and come. Barun says "no jeevika it's a matter for few hours and we will done with all of this!"

Just then Inder along with Vaderas come and say,"its okay barun beta,you go we will manage from now on! Afterall we are viren's family"

"Family! What a nice family! Why have you come now after everything is open that viren is not guilty?" why did you leave jeevika all alone when she was dying to prove her husband innocent! When you didn't have guts to call yourselves family! Why are you coming now and showing your faces! Have some shame and please get out from here!" Barun yells at them!

Manvi gets angry and speaks,"Oh hello just because you helped my di,doesn't give you the right to stop us from meeting her. Keep your mouth in control and move out of here!"

Jeevika loses her temper,"manvi ek shabd bhi nahi,don't dare speaking anything against my brother! He and his mother are the only family I have. I will bear you all for virenji but don't dare calling yourselves as your family. Waise bhi I have lot more to do than talking to useless people. Chalo barun let me call the doctor here itself!" saying so barun and jeevika leaves and the vadhera's are badly hurt by jeevika especially manvi."I know we have done a big mistake but I didn't know that di is hurt to this extent" nobody were in a position to console each other and viren witnesses all of this!!

Precap: "Mr. Sobti you should ashamed of yourself for speaing whatever you want with absolutely no evidence for anything! And next time you pass on such vague statements then your license will be seized!"

"Hello is it Mr. Ahem modi?""Yes speaking!""Sambhav here Mr. Ahem""Oh you!"

So guys,now who was the one who heard the conversation? what will happen to barun as a lawyer? is ahem positive or negative!
