part 23
The scene starts from where manvi ran out of the house and virat ran after her to find her. here jeevika fell on the floar on her knees crying. viren rushed toward her to support her. he couldn't see her wife crying and this bad state.
viren: jeevika control yourself plz everything will be fine. manvi is just angry with you nothing else. (he said hugging her and stroking her hairs. jeevika broke down in his arms and cried badly. all the family members were still confused that what is happening here)
sb: viren do you tell us what was all this and why was manvi yeeling at jeevika (she demanded for an answer)
dj:haan viren beta we need answer. i am very surprised to see manvi's behavior like that. she was never like this then what happened suddenly that she behaved like that (viren looked at dada ji and then jeevika)
viren: dada ji woh actually manvi is jeevika's lost sister (she blurted the truth and everyone in the room shocked to heard that)
vmom: what jeevika and manvi are sisters but viren how do you know that (then viren describe the whole story that how did they find about manvi's past. and everyone very much surprised and now they could understand manvi's behaviour. vanshika maa walked toward jeevika and jeevika hugged her)
vmom: don't worry beta sab theek ho jayega manvi ek bahot hi samajhdaar ladki hai and she will understand this. she is just hurt b'coz you couldn't get her family and parents love which she deserve. but my heart is saying that she will forgive you soon. (she said breaking the hug)
jeevika: maa i..i do..don't want to lost my my mannu again.(she choked due to continue crying. viren poured water in a glass and made her drank. she hardly took a sip b'coz viren forced her)
dj: haan jeevika beta everything will be fine soon. you should be happy b'coz you found your sister.
viren: i think i should call police
dj: police but why (she said looking surprised)
viren: woh actually dadaji police informed virat that raj is become very dangerous so don't let manvi go outside of the house b'coz he can try to harm her
dj: i think you are right we can't take any risk (so viren dialed the number of police station and toled them about manvi)
here on the other side manvi came on the empty road running and she was crying badly and virat was running after her to stop her but she was not listening him a little bit b'coz she was hurt, hurt b'coz her life always betray her. till now she was in dark that she is an orphan but today when truth came in front of her it shattered her to the core..while running continously she had become breathless and got tired. virat was still running after her
virat: manvi plz stop plz manvi (but manvi didn't stop so he increased his speed of running)
virat: manvi i am telling you for the last time plz stop you have to swear on me (that's it. she stopped at that moment when virat gave her his oath. virat also slow down his speed when he saw her stopped. a smile came on his lips to know her love toward him. virat came stepped toward her breathing heavily and took her petite figure in a tight embrace but manvi didn't hugged him back b'coz she was still in trauma and she was just crying in his arms. she was cursing her fate and destiny b'coz it always become cruel toward her whenever she is happy..she was still crying in his arms without hugging him back and going weak on her knees. virat getting worried about her.)
virat: manvi plz stop crying plz i can't see you like that (tears also made a way from his eyes)
manvi: why virat why it is always happened to me. am i that bad. i..i have pa..parents but i didn't know about that. and and they even didn't try to find me. they left me for die. nobody loves me nobody loves (and she cried more badly.virat broke the hug and cupped her cheeks in his palms)
virat: who told you that nobody loves you. if you think like that then who i am who loves you like hell. manvi today you siad that but don't say it again. (she looked into his eyes and she could see the emotions of hurt,pain and immense love for her in his eyes)
manvi: i am sorry i didn't mean that (she said placing her hands on his which were still on her cheeks and they were still looking into each other's eyes.) but i can't bear that fact
virat: manvi jo ho gaya so ho gaya na. plz purani baaton ko bhool jayo. tumhi hamesha kehti ho na ke humein apne past ko bhool kar hamesha aaj mein jeena chahiye. toh woh tumhari sari batein bas yun hi thi. manvi plz just try to give one chance to jeevika bhabhi plz
manvi: no virat i can't plz don't force (she denied him)
virat: manvi plz just one chance for me plz. and m sure everything will be sort out between u and bhabhi don't you trust (manvi looked at him and how can she denied him)
manvi: ok i'll give it a try but only for you (virat smiled at her)
virat: thanks. now let's go back home everyone must be worried there (virat turnrd to gi but manvi held his hand tightly. virat first looked at their hands then at her in confusion. and the next moment she flung herself into his arms. virat was taken aback by her sudden reaction but without wasting a single second he too hugged her tightly. while hugging him she whispered in his ear)
manvi: i love you virat
virat: i love you too manvi (after few minuts virat tried to broke the hug but she was not ready for the that)
virat: manvi (he called her in low voice)
manvi: virat plz let me stay in your arms for sometime i want to live this moment fullest (she said hugging him more tightly. he felt something fishy in her behaviour)
virat: manvi are u ok i mean why are u behaving like that (he sounded worried)
manvi: i don't know (she broke the hug and looked at him smilingly. virat returned a faint smile as is if he was trying to read her eyes)
virat: chale (manvi nodded and virat hold her hand in his. they started walk but stopped in mid way as a jeep stopped in front of them. five goons came out from the jeep and they were holding hockey sticks in their hands. manvi got very scared from them and in fear she hold virat's hand more tightly. virat looked at her and he could say that how much she is scared at this time. then he looked at those goons and his eyes gotten wide in shock when he saw raj appeared behind them.manvi started shivering and sweating to see him and she hid behind virat in fear. raj smiled at them eveily and took stepped slowly toward them. the more he came near them more manvi tried to hide herself behind virat. the goons and raj started walking in circles arround them. virat was scared not for himself but for manvi. and he was looking at raj angerily)
raj: what did you think that i'll spare you so easily hahahaha (he laughed evily and manvi got more scared)
virat: raj let us go else you will regret this moment (he said gritting his teeth in anger and pointed his index finger toward him)
raj: oh really what will you do if i can't. mujhe phir se maroge (he tried to touch manvi but virat hold his hand before he touched her)
virat: stay away from my wife else it'will not good for your health (anger was raising in him)
raj: wife hahahaha let's see what can you do to save your wife (he said holding her hand and dragging her)
manvi: leave me plz virat (she was trying to free herself)
virat: raj i am teeling you the last time leave her (he said holding her another hand and tried to free her from his grip. and virat punched on virat's nose and raj fell on the ground. manvi hugged virat tightly)
manvi: virat plz save me virat plz (she said shivering in fear)
virat: manvi shhh nothing will happen main hoon na. kuch nahi hoga (he consoled her. the one goon came toward virat and going to hit virat with hockey stick but he hold the hockey before it could hit him and snatched it from him and started beating him. the goon fell on the ground unconciously. manvi was watching all this when raj came toward her and again dragged her)
manvi: CHODO MUJHE CHODO (she was struggling in his grip but he was not leaving her) VIRAT ( virat heard her voice and saw her dragging by raj toward his jeep. he ran toward them and tried to freed manvi from him. but another goons hold virat from back and beating him but virat didn't care about that and if care about anyone that is manvi. he again punched on raj's face. raj pushed manvi and she lost her balance. she fell on the ground and her head hit with the stone and she yelped in pain)
manvi: aahhh... (blood started ozzing from her for head.virat looked at her and rushed toward her)
virat: manvi manvi (he placed her head in his lap and patted on her cheek) manvi are u ok
manvi: vi..virat virat (and she got unconcious this made virat worried)
virat: manvi ankhe kholo plz. manvi open your eyes (but she didn't. virat looked at that ba***d raj and his goons. he got up and started beating them back and forth one by one. his eyes were blood shoot red in anger. he was beating them like a wild man. all the goons ran away with fear and now it was only raj their. he got scared from virat to see him getting wild. so he take out his gun from his back and pointed it toward virat)
raj: hahahaha virat vadhera tum mera kuch nahi bigad sakte kuch bhi nahi hahaha (he laughed eveily. virat was looking at him angerily.) now i'll kill you then who will save her from me ha your dead body. nobody can save her from me hahahaha
virat: dare you touch her then see what will i do (he said gritting his teeth)
raj: hahahaha rassi jal gayi par bal nahi gaya (by that time manvi slowly slowly coming back to conciousness. she slowly opened her eyes. her head was paining and her vision was blurred. she opened her eyes completely and was horrified to see the scene in front of her. horrified to see her love in danger. she slowly got up from the ground and lookedat from raj to virat. raj pulled the trigger of gun and manvi's eyes gotten wide. she looked at virat and shooked her head in negative)
manvi: VIRAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
virat: MANVI!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(AND BOOOM)

when raj pulled the trigger and going to shoot virat and the bullet going to hit him but manvi came infront of him and bullet hit her below her shoulder and above chest..the gun fell down from raj's and and he ran away from their. virat still stood their frozen on his feet. how couldn't beleive in his eyes that what had just happened. he was in a big trauma. the bullet who was going to hit him hit manvi. his manvi whom he loves like hell and more than himself. he came back to his sense when she heard manvi's faint voice
manvi: virat (she whispered in low voice but enough for virat. he looked at her who was going to fall but he immediately hold her in his arms to prevent her from falling. he sat down on the ground holding her close to his heart. she was drenched in blood and his shirt also got red with her blood. his throat went dry and words were not coming out from his mouth. and his whole body was shaking with an unknown fear. he gathered his all strength and spoke in broken voice)
virat: ma..man..vi manvi (he said looking at her pale face) what had you done damnit (he said in shaking voice)
manvi: virat..our..our all dre..dreams will reamin uncomplete (she said in broken voice and breathing heavily)
virat: no our every dream wull come true did you hear that (he said angerily)
manvi: it's..it's too late now i am sorry (her vision starting blurred)
virat: no nothing will happen to you understood (but she was listening nothing. she just looking at him and tried to listen him but it seems like he was talking in an alian language. virat hold her more close to his heart and she could hear his heart beat. he placed her shaking hand on his heart and smiled)
manvi: i love you virat (and slowly she driffted to her deep slumber to never come back. virat looked at her closed eyes and patted on her cheeks)
virat: manvi..manvi wake up. I SAID WAKE UP DAMNIT YOU CAN'T GO LIKE THAT. (he said shaking her lifeless body angerily) i'll not let you go like that you have come back. nothing happen to you i promise (and he hugged her tightly and kissed on her forehead. then she picked up in his arms and ran toward hospital hurriedly)

everyone of vadhera family stood outside of the operation theatre and geeting worried with every passing second. virat told them everything which is happened with them. everyone was stunned to heard that how manvi saved virat's life and now fighting with her own life. virat was totally shattered down b'coz once again life had played a very cruel game. once again he is on the verge of losing his love. on the other hand jeevika broke down completely. and viren was trying to console her.
viren: jeevika control yourself you can't broke like this (he said consoling her)
jeevika: it is all my fault viren ji. b'coz of mannu is in this condition. if anything happen to her i'll never forgive myself (and she broke down in his arms. viren was controlling his tears from a long time for his wife and brother but now he can't)
viren: jeevika nothing will happen to manvi. she will be fine soon (suddenly doctor came out from the OT running. virat came to doctor first and hold him from his shoulder and roared)
virat: doctor how is manvi now. is she fine now. plz doctor tell me how is she. why are you not saying something. plz for god sake say something (he was not giving any chance to doctor to speak. viren came toward them and hold him from shoulder)
viren: virat relax. first let him speak. (looking toward doctor) doctor is everything okey.
doc:actually we cant say anything now (virat looked at doctor angerily)
virat: what do you mean. my wife is fighting with death and you are saying that you can't say anything. kaise doctor hai aap?
doc: mr. vadhera relax. we are trying our best save her. but she had lost lots of blood and we need blood immediatly and she was also cancer patient. aise mein patient ko bachana bahot mushkil hai (virat's blood boiled in anger and he hold doctor's color angerily)
virat: if anything happen to my wife then i will not spare you (he warned him)
viren: virat leave him are you mad. (viren freed the doc from virat)
doc: look we need blood in just 15 minutes. her blood group is -O.
jeevika: doc my blood group is also -O negative. plz take my blood as much as you want but plz save my sister
doc: that's good plz come with me (and jeevika left with doctor and viren placed his hand on virat's shoulder)
viren: virat sambhal apne aap ko manvi will be fine (virat didn't say anything just hugged him tightly and cried silently)
after few minutes jeevika came out after giving her blood to her sister. she was looking pale after donating the blood. viren made her sat on the bench. here on the other side arohi was cried bitterly for her bff'. virat stood infront of the OT and crying. vmom watching all this and heart was paining to saw her children going through all this. she didn't want that her son lose his love again,her daughter in law lost her sister and her daughter lost her friend. but she couldn't do anything b'coz she was helpless. she could only pray for her younger daughter in law
here in the OT arjun was assisting the very experince doctors. but his hands were shivering b'coz she was not an ordinary person. she was his friend his sister whom he loves like a brother like a father. his coleague doctor asked him that if he is not feeling wll then he can leave but he didn't b'coz he want to save his sister. doctors were looking very tensed in ot. b'coz first she was a cancer patient and she is still on meditation and now she had lost lots of blodd due to the bullet hit her. the worry lines clearly visible on their faces but they were trying their best to save her.
here on the outside of ot virat was leaning on the wall and mentally cursing his luck again and again. tears almost had been dried b'coz of lots of crying and his eyes had gone totally red. he stood helpless their and just watching his love his life fighting the battle of death and life. he closed his tightly and went to flashback

3 days ago
it was midnight virman in their room sleeping peacefully. suddenly manvi got up with jerk sweating badly and she was shivering in fear. she gulped in fear and wiped the sweat for her forhead. virat who was sleeping beside her felt a movement and he slowly opened his eyes. and he saw manvi in sitting position and shivering. he got up worriedly and switched on the lights. then he hold her from shoulder
virat: manvi what happened and why are you sweating. are u ok? (he said getting worried and wiped the sweat from her for head. manvi looked at him and flunged into his arms.and hide her face in his chest still shivering. this made him more worried and he wrapped his arms arround her waist tightly) manvi kya hua. did you saw any nightmare?
manvi: vi..virat i saw that dream again (she said sobbing in his chest and virat was confused)
virat: which dream??
manvi: which i saw before few days ago that you are slipping away from me (virat hold her more tightly and kissed on her forehead)
virat: manvi it was just a bad nightmare.so don't think about it. and one more thing i am not going anywhere to leave you behind,
manvi: agar main apko chodke chali gayi toh (virat's heart skipped a beat when he heard this. he broke the hug and cupped her face)
virat: main tumhe kahi jane nahi dunga aur na hi tum jane ki koshish karna samjhi (he said looking into her eyes.) manvi promise karo mujhse ke tum yeh sab batein dobara nahi karogi. main tumhe khona nahi chahta. aur agar tumhe kuch ho gaya toh main jee nahi paonga. kyunki tum meri sanso mein basi hui ho aur koi apni sanson ke bina bhala zinda reh sakta hai kya. so promise karo mujhse (manvi touched by his words. his love, care,protectiveness,posessiveness everything is pure. amnvi nodded her head and smiled at him)
virat: chalo ab so jao (he laid her down and too laid beside her. manvi looked at him and came close to him and rested her head on his chest. virat smiled at her innocence and he tilted his head a little to kissed on her forhead and then too wrapped his one arm arround her waist protectively and with other hand he creased her hairs lovingly. manvi placeed her one hand on his chest and feel his heart beats..virat was watching her antics and shooked his head. b'coz he knew that it had become her habbit now to feel and listen his heart beats b'coz according to her she felt alive whenever she hear his heart beats)

virat to himself: "manvi you had promised me that you will not go anywhere. so you will have to keep your promise and plz come back to me.
for us,our dreams,our kids and our family who loves you a lot. plz come back warna main jee nahi paunga" his chain of thoughts when doctor came out from the OT with arjun. he had some worry lines on his face. virat rushed toward the doctor and everyone followed him
virat: arjun arjun how is manvi now? is she ok now plz tell me (he said grabbing his shoulder)
arjun: operation is successful (evryone took a deep breath and smiled through their tears) but (and their smile faded away to here that 'BUT')
Virat: but what arjun? anything serious (he said getting worried)
arjun:but she is still in danger we can't say anything now. we are putting her in under observation for next 48 hours. these 48 hours are very critical for her and..and (he chocked on his words but he will have to strong b'coz he was a doctor.) her her
virat: arjun plz tell me clearly what you want to say (he was getting impatient. the other doctor placed his hand on arjun's shoulder and spoke on his behalf)
doc: her survival is ver difficult. only miracle can save her (these words of doctor shatterd virat completely to the core and he felt like his breath had been taken away and someone had pierced his heart with sharp knife b'coz his life is going away from him. everyone in the state of shock. they could'nt digest the fact. jeevika lost all her energy and shattered down on the floor viren support her holding her from shoulder. arohi hugged her mother crying bitterly. virat stood their still trying to digest the truth. he came to reality when he saw wardboys taking manvi outside from the ot on strecher. he went toward her and hold her hand.)
virat: manvi nothing will happen to you. main tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga (they reached outside the I.C.U and they were going to take her inside)
wb: you cant's come inside (and he left his hand slowly and when he was leaving her hand he remeberd her words "your hand is slipping away from me" he closed his eyes tightly b'coz today he felt like her words are becoming true)

virat now could nt bear all this so he walked out of the hospital crying. vmom tried to stopped him but viren stopped his mom nodding in know b'coz may be he need some time alone to fight with his inner emotions. virat reached on the waterfall where he took manvi before sometime ago when she was looking sad and she told him that she is afraid of losing him. it is the same place where they kissed for the first time passionately..virat fall on his knees and cried loudly

it was 10:00pm at night and according to the rules only one person can stay at night, so virat send everyone back home and stay there. he took the permission from doctor to went inside and doctor allowed him..he went inside I.C.U and he was dying thousand times in a second to see his love in this condition. she was lying lifeless on the bed surrounded with several tubes,iv,and she was on ventilator. the beep of machienes buzzing in his ears like a hammer. he sat beside her on a stool and took her hand in his and kissed on it. then he looked at her. she was looking very pale. she had an oxyzon mask on her face so that she could breath eaisly. he placed her hand on his heart and again remebered her words " virat you know whenever i listen your heart beats i feel like alive" tears slipped out from his eyes and he cried silently while looking at her

next mornng. everyone came to the hospital after praying for manvi. she was still unconcious and doctor's were also not saying anything, virat was dying from inside every moment. the nurse was inside the I.C.U and cheking on her when suddenly manvi started breathing heavily. he came out the i.c.u running. everybody got panicked
nurse: doctor doctor patient is sinking (she said worriedly to the doctor and doc hurriedly came in i.c.u and asked others to let his check. doctor's vere trying to stablized her breath but was getting difficult for them and her breaths were also slowing down. while breathing heavily she uttered "virat" the doctor looked at her and came out from the i.c.u everyone looked at him)
doctor: mr.virat she is calling you (virat got happy and went inside. he looked at his life and sat beside her.then he hold her hand in his. manvi slowly opened her eyes and looked at him. she gave him a faint smile)
manvi: virat (she whispered. but virat hussed her)
virat: shhh kuch mat kaho plz (but manvi nodded in no)
manvi: i..i..i love you virat (she said in weak voice)
virat: i love you too (he said kissing on her hand) thank god you are fine. you know how much scared i was
manvi: virat i want to meet di plz (virat looked at her and nodded. then he went outside and take jeevika,viren and angel inside. jeevika looked at her sister and cried but she controlled herself and sat beside her.)
jeevika: mannu (she said emotionally)
manvi: di i am sorry. maine apko galat samjh aur apko itna sunaya. i am sorry di. plz mujhe maaf kardo. (she said choking on her words)
jeevika: no mannu it was not your fault. infact you were right on your point. manvi smiled through her tears. viren came near her and asked)
viren: how are you feeling now (manvi chukkled a little at his question)
manvi:aapko kya lagta hai ke main kaisi hoon (viren looked down and closed his eyes tightly. he opened his eyes when angel spoke)
angel: manvi mausi (manvi looked at her and smiled. then she asked her to come near her.angel came near her and manvi pointed toward her cheek and asking for a kiss. angel kissed on manvi's cheek)
angel: manvi mausi plz jaldi se theek ho jao na. i promise that i'll not not eat lots of chocolate and ice-cream plz.mausi (manvi smiled at her innocence)
manvi: princess ek promise karogi apn mausi se
angel: haan
manvi: mamma ko tang mat karna and take care of your chachu ok
angel: but hum milke rakhenge na chachu ka khayal (she said cutely. jeevika covered her mouth with her while cried silently and ran out from the i.c.u. viren took angel in his arms and went outside. after that arohi and came in the i.c.u. virat who was listening all this stood froze on his place. manvi looked at him and tears slippes from her eyes)
manvi:virat (she exenteded her hand toward him. virat came toward her and hold her hand protectively)
virat: manvi wha were you saying to angel? tum kahi nahi ja rahi ho samjhi tum (he said angerily)
manvi: i am so..sorry virat it's too late now (she said breathing heavily and virat got panicked)
virat: manvi.manvi kya hua tumhe
manvi: i.i..i love you virat (and she hold his hand more tightly)
virat: i love you too manvi aur main tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga (she was going out of breath now and machines. virat called the doctor still holding her hand)
virat: doctor doctor (doctor came inside running
doctor: plz you go outside (but manvi was not leaving his hand so doctor allowed him to stay inside. worry lines appered on doctors face an dthey were trying their best but nothing seemed to be work. slowely manvi's breath slow down. she closed her eyes and her grip on virat's hand got loose. virat looked at her hand and widened his eyes in shock. doctor removed the mask and head cap from himself and say heart wrenching words)
doctor: I AM SORRY SHE IS NO MORE
