The next track might be Virat being jealous. Because in the beginning Manvi tried to make him jealous but it failed and then at the end the way Manvi was staring at the donor (even though we didn't see him yet). At first it won't work, but later it might. While she is getting treated Virat might not get jealous but afterwards maybe. There could be a misunderstanding between them, but as we all know Virman are inseparable. I think it will be a good track. I just guessed on what the new track could be.
