Maanvi was so excited for tomorrow. Well, why wouldn't she be? It was Virat's birthday. She wanted to be the first one to wish him...only a few more hours and it will be 12:00 a.m.! She jumped in excitement!
Then, she remembered something. She didn't get a gift for him! She gasped. How had she forgotten something so important? "Maanvi...tum gift le na kaise Bhool gaye?! (Maanvi, how did you forget to get a gift?!)" She told herself while hitting her head clumsily. She reminded herself to get a gift first thing in the morning.
It was exactly 12:00 a.m. Virat came into their room. "Maanvi...I'm so sorry for coming late" He said...but then he noticed that Maanvi wasn't there. He looked around for her, getting worried. Then, someone walked behind him and whispered in his ear "Happy Birthday Virat" He turned around and saw that it was Maanvi, dressed up in a blue saree with a thick silver border, the one he had gifted her on her birthday. She had never gotten a chance to wear it, but today was perfect for it!
Virat smiled. She had remembered, even he had forgotten about it. Wasn't he lucky to have a wife like her? "Tumhe yaad tha?" (You remembered?) He asked her. "Of course!!! Main Tumhare birthday kaise Bhool Sakti thi?" (How could I forget your birthday?) She replied.
He wrapped his hands around her waist and whispered in her ear, "You know...you look gorgeous" She smiled. "I know...after all i'm Virat Vadhera's wife" Both laughed.
"Mere gift Kahan hai?" He asked. Maanvi was out of words. What was she supposed to say? She couldnt lie to him, so she said the truth. "...Virat, I'm so sorry, I forgot to get one...but I promise, I'll give you one tomorrow" She said hoping for him to not get mad.
Virat could never be mad at her. After all, she was his love, his life, his everything. He decided to play a trick on her. He turned around making a sad face, but laughing inside his mind. Maanvi felt guilty. She turned him to face her while putting her hands on her ears and saying "Partner, I'm sorry". He grabbed her hands and kissed them. He couldn't even be fake mad at her. She was just amazing. "Don't say sorry partner, main to bas Tumhare saat mazak kar raha tha (I was just joking with you)" He said.
"Virat!!!" She yelled while chasing him, running around the room, while he tried to escape. Both eventually fell on the bed and laughed at how crazy they were. They shared a hug, and enjoyed throughout the night.
It was 7:30 a.m. Maanvi woke up and saw Virat sleeping, looking adorable. She caressed his face and kissed his forehead. As she was leaving, a strong arm pulled her, and made her land on him. She gasped at his naughtiness. "Virat! Let me go!" She demanded. He just pulled her closer and gave her a warm hug. "Mujhe mere birthday kiss do (Give me my birthday kiss)" He said while pointing to his cheek. She didn't even think once and gave him a kiss full of love. She already felt guilty for forgetting his birthday gift, so he at least deserved a kiss for being a perfect husband. "Wow! If I get a kiss like that, then I want my birthday to be everyday" He said with a smirk on his face. They laughed.
She finally managed to escape his grip and go to the bathroom to get ready. When she came out, she didn't feel so good, but decided to ignore it and do the arrangements for Virat's surprise birthday party. Yes, they were holding a surprise party for Virat. It was Maanvi's idea. She headed on down to secretly discuss everything with the family members, still forgetting about his birthday gift.
The day passed by, it was 7:00 pm. The party was at 8:00 pm. She had made some excuse to send Virat somewhere, so they could decorate the house. Maanvi was upstairs, getting ready, dressed in a pink, fancy saree, which he had gifted her on Valentine's Day. Yes, he gave her many gifts. Isn't he so sweet? As she was getting ready, she once again didn't feel good, getting a little dizzy as well, but she ignored it again, as she didnt to create any tension on Virat's birthday.
It was 8:00 pm, and when Virat entered the house, the lights were closed, and nothing could be seen properly. He was confused. A few seconds later, the lights went open, and everybody yelled "Surprise!" He was over the moon. Everybody had done so much for him. He was 110% sure that this was Maanvi's idea. Speaking of Maanvi, he couldn't get his eyes off her. She looked angelic, in the saree he had gifted her. Why did she have to be so gorgeous?
Everybody wished Virat a very happy birthday and he cut the cake, with Maanvi of course. They all fed each other cake, and enjoyed, having a good time. As his birthday present from the family, he requested to have a slow dance with Maanvi, which she blushed at, but agreed soon.
He pulled her over to dance. They grabbed each other's hand while he put one hand on her waist, and she put her hand on his shoulder.
The song was Piya o re Piya.

As they danced, he was lost in her beauty. "Why do you have to look so pretty?" He said. She blushed and smiled, while replying "Why do you have to look so handsome?" They gave each other a 1000 watt smile.

He turned her around, as they moved to the rhythm of the song. She couldnt control herself from blushing as they were dancing in front of everybody. She was surprised how everyone agreed to letting them dance like this. He spun her around and lifted her chin to look up into his eyes. She gave him a cute smile.
Piya o re piya, piya re piya re piya
He twirled her around, looking at her, and as she spun, she felt dizzy again, everything seemed blurry to her. Her eyes seemed to be closing, and just a few seconds later, she fainted and fell in Virat's arms.
