Let me begin with, I love EHMMBH and VirMan, so seriously don't call me or us haters or anything of that sort because we're not...we wouldn't be here being active on this forum if we didn't like the show or the jodi...I feel like I always have to put this disclaimer before starting any discussion or people get their saris in a bunch😆
Lets begin with the fact that...I don't think any one of us hated the fact that a confession happened. Personally, THANK GOD it happened, it was about time something happened with this love story. I think what was more upsetting was HOW it happened. That is where, for me, the problem lies.
This confession could have been so much more and yes, we should be happy Maanvi confessed, yada yada, but c'mon...I'm not a brainless viewer either and I prefer some creativity and originality in a confession, coming from a show that has always brought me new and exciting things, is that so much to ask for? I'm not asking for something crazy, but maybe something more meaningful? And how about some VirMan scenes building up to the confession? Passion, fire, love? Virat was at her house for godsake! (and yes, I'll get my mind out of the gutter in just a second😛)
7 days challenge = SO MUCH POTENTIAL. complete fail.
There was so much that could have been explored in 7 days, but it seems Virat spent more time talking to Jeevika, Beeji and Badi Beeji than Maanvi herself. VirMan scenes galore could have taken place, and yet we got nothing...really, not even a fake hug or a cliche duppatta scene or anything. My first disappointment.
Rain confession?
First of all, Maanvi still has cancer, its getting worse, rain situation was probably the worst scenario for a girl who has a high chance of getting pneumonia (and yes you can get it from 5 seconds in the rain if you wanted too) so yea, medical technicality was a fail. I appreciate the idea of Virat trying to keep this leaf on a tree. The confession scene as a whole was just so ANTI-climatic for me...what could have been a grand ME was simply left as a ending scene on a regular episode.
I fail to understand the logistics of how the track took place and though some of you make take me as too picky or too critical, that's fine. I am a critical viewer and one who will voice her opinions if she does not like something. I love EHMMBH and will not leave this show simply because I did not like the confession, I just want to make it clear that there are viewers out there who are a little harder to please😆 and in all honesty, this confession scene wasn't too hard to do expect bring in some VirMan magic that had been there in the past.
Personally, I wished Maanvi had also fainted in this scene, so I'd know a better confession was coming at some point...oh wells!
No tamatars please
