Virat a unique charecter but i somhow think he reminds of ranbir in saawariya who goes crazy for this girl but gets depressed when he doesnt get her hopefully it wont be as tragic as ranbir in saawariya and hammad from kuda aur mohabat falls in love with religous muslim girl but family disapproves

u know wht wen this show was going to start siddarth manhotra in one of his interview said that virat character is similar to amitabh bachan in SHOLAY but i dont think soo cause VIRAT IS VIRAT

He reminds of Landan Carter from A walk to remember...He was fun loving guy but after entering of Jamie he changed completly and even after knowing the gal has cancer he stays by her supports her fulfills all her wishes.
