These events are demonstrating her acceptance for their love story in the neat future! Today when M said she cnt let anyone especially not Virat to see her like this, J was shocked (surely this is showing her Maanvi's true feelings) furthermore seeing Virat shaving his hair for M, will only emphasise just hos much he cares for M, which will in a way show J that someone else out there will look after her maanuu, perhaps not in the same way as her, but atleast she has someone like Virat <3

I think looking at Virat, Jeevika will be shocked and confirmed that he loves her and she loves him, Viren will have to calm everyone down and Jeevika will secretly accept that Virat is the best partner Maanvi can get!!
