Im definitely sure Maanvi is aware that she is very ill .. :(

I think it might be cancer of some sort..but who knows.. really want to know soon..

Oh no does she really have blood cancer? How do you all know?? And what were the symptoms that Dr Manan was noticing??

Sometimes I think she does know but then why would she go to Dr Manan and play the symptoms game?! Plus she was talking to herself and saying she can go to another doctor.

Definitely seems like some sort of blood cancer :(

Leukemia has signs of fever and bruising. Also the fact that Maanvi is always talking about her and Jeevika's Khoon ka rishta. She will probably end up needng a bone marrow transplant and Jeevika will be her match.
