Hi all. Have followed this show from the first episode to the last episode. Whether on TV at the regular time or on you tube or if time was really short through the lovely written updates of our talented members. No doubt the show did have certain shortcomings, but despite these it was a good show to watch. Its basic story line was intriguing right from Day1. The characterisation was also brilliant and so was the acting.
One thing that appealed to me about the show was that it was a complete break away from the normal run-of-the-mill saas-bahu sagas.
Although there was a great deal of negativity in the show the negativity was shown to have arisen from wealth and power.
A mother who could see no wrong in her son, who was so obsessed with money and power that in the process she not only lost the sense of seeing right from wrong, but guided her son completely on the wrong path.
Such shows even with all their faults and numerous bloopers are few and far between on the small screen. I will miss this show a lot and I hope there are some more on this forum who will miss it too. But the last scene of the finale episode has given me a ray of hope that the show has not ended completely. There is a vague possibility of a second season. And in actual fact I liked this open end. After all if they had shown shaurya, sakshi or even rajnath repenting for what they had done, no one would have been able to digest it. These are not the type of people who would ever repent for anything they do, simply because according to them nothing that they do is wrong. They are so egoistic that they believe whatever they have done or are doing is always right. Also Sakshi losing her mental balance could very well have been a put on act.
So here's to keeping fingers crossed that we get to see a season 2 in the near future. Would love to see Durga and Sakshi and shaurya once again face to face and this time Sakshi avenging Durga for what she did.
Till such time bye to all and hoping to meet again on some other forum
