Infact I was composing an analysis on how women like Sakshi and Raima as well as Shaurya's past GFs feed partriarchy.
Sakshi easily and silently accepting insults and manhandling from Shaurya but slapping Kangana for telling truth shows what a backward woman she basically is.
Earlier also she said her son was not bad but Durga had made him thus. 🤢
You see her attitude! Rajnath equally cheated her. But she tried to kill only Raima. She spared him and just gave him some frustration. Nothing more.
Same for Raima who blamed Sakshi but not Rajnath who had murdered his own brother and was now cheating on both her and Sakshi. She never realised that she wrecked her marriage to Jatin also for that dirt bag Rajnath.
THAT is the problem of women!😡 They blame, accuse and fight with each other than support each other!
Women ought to support men only if they are right. Not when they are wrong. They should not become doormats just because they want to feed off wealth and name of a man or be in his good books.
Women IMO generally lack drive but have wants like anybody else. They, instead of making all efforts to achieve what they want or be content in what they have, try to latch on to men to get their demands fulfilled. A BF, husband or son or grandson who they think they can control and feed off.
Rajnath is ATM and ticket to luxuries for Sakshi and Shaurya is its future insurance (though she loves him to bits for real). So she takes all trash from them.
Women are also short sighted and easily led to believe they have influence. One compliment on her beauty and worth from Rajnath was enough to make Sakshi ready to cheat on her husband Rehmat. One sorry, please from Shaurya makes her think she is his lifeline. Though truth is neither cares about her. They think she is a fool. They use her and laugh at her.
But she is so used to latching on to them that she would rather blame Durga for this than face the reality that the men don't give a damn about her.
The reason why partriarchy still exists is not just physical prowess of men but this lack of unity, lack of support and lack of self respect in women. They will forever put each other down and put men on a pedestal. And use their brain only to compete for attention of men!
Raima and Sakshi ought to have kicked Raj's sorry butt long time ago instead of getting used by him yet living in illusion that they were using him.
Same for Shaurya's GFs who offered themselves to him on a platter and never wondered how much his behaviour sucked.
Sakshi's backward mentality was revealed earlier itself when she used to point out Kangana's dresses for being revealing, scolded her over studies but excused Shaurya for his misdeeds. She still wants a good girl to marry Shaurya and stabilise his life but never thinks why the hell would any good girl marry a boy like Shaurya and why would anyone try to stabilise him? Why can he not handle himself?
Sakshi was okay till the time Kangana was doing brother worship!
Women like Sakshi defeat cause of women's welfare! Imagine killing a supportive man like Rehmat who made her a journo at his press and never confined her to just home. Yet supporting a devil like Rajnath till now and also covering up for another devil Shaurya! 😲
Sakshi thinks she is powerful but she is basically a loser.
I also think system of society has never allowed women to bond with each other. Thanks to changing families, women do not bond with daughters and sisters as well as they bond with sons. Beti ne parayi ho jaana hai. Bahu toh hai hi parayi, doosre ghar ae aayi hai. So they forever remain at loggerheads or find it hard to cope and adjust constantly with each other. Thanks to years of polygamy and phenomenon of philandering, they feel men will be men and feel a compulsion to charm men or be in their good books. They see men as ultimate goal and see other women as competition.
This show has illustrated very well what bonding, support and sisterhood of women can do and why it is necessary. Avantika realised her dad was wrong and supported Durga. Kangana joined Durga. Mrs Basu finally stopped bootlicking of husband and son and helped Durga. Mrs Ganguly and Sagorika not only joined themselves against Ganguly but also joined Durga. Suchitra finally left family/izzat jaap and supported Durga. Durga herself is putting everything on the line for Payal. Divya supported them and they supported her.
It shows how women need to stick up for rights of each other. And what they can accomplish if they raise their voice. It showed that abusive men were thriving on not their power alone but more on silence of women who they victimised.
Sakshi makes me pity that hopeless attachment to her son. Still fighting for him despite being pushed out by him. She uses words like meri beti for Kangana yet never showed this much love to her as she does for Shaurya.
This woman had problem with "rapist" Karan but cannot hear the same word for Shaurya! 😲
I guess even if Shaurya will kill her someday, still her last words would be - mera beta aisa nahi tha, yeh sab uss Durga ki vajah se hua hai!
Such insane support makes men feel they are gods!🤢
