Rajnath Raima Conversation

Other day I just caught one scene but ending so miss earlier dialogues. It was about RR going to vacation for 2 weeks. Further Rajnath telling Raima that they will be rid of Shakshi in few days. Was it for vacation only or permanently? I thought Rajnath meant permanently. How he is going to achieve that??? What was the exact conversation can anyone fill me in please. Thanks in advance :)
