Ek Hasina Thi Written Update 25th September 2014

Shaurya removes the turban and throws it away. He reveals that he will not marry Durga. Everyone is stunned by his decision and Durga wonders why he is behaving like that. She asks him the reason and Shaurya says he cannot marry her. Raj questions him but Sakshi says that there must be some reason behind this. Dayal stops him and says that he is ruining his and Durga's reputation. Durga thinks that if Shaurya doesn't marry her then all attempts of getting inside Goenka House will go in vain. Sakshi asks Shaurya the reason behind his actions and Shaurya thinks that as much as he wanted to claim Durga, marriage was never his agenda. He knows that Durga is up to something or else she wouldn't have been so keen on marrying him. Hence, Shaurya tells Durga that he loves her but cannot ruin her life, who knows that he may never end up walking on his feet. Hence, he apologizes that he cannot marry her. Sakshi supports Shaurya's decision. Dayal lashes out at them and asks what if Kangana was in Durga's place. Raj tries to calm him down but Sakshi says Shaurya isn't wrong on his path. Dayal is furious and says that Shaurya should have refused before and not at this place. Sakshi thinks that had Shaurya refused in advance she would have missed the look on their faces. Dayal says Shaurya cannot back out at this moment. Durga takes Shaurya away to have a word with him.

Suchitra tells Dayal not to worry and says that everything will be fine and Durga will convince Shaurya. Dayal is worried that if Shaurya doesn't marry Durga then her plans of getting into Goenka House will be ruined. Kangana tells Karan to convince Shaurya Raima approaches Sakshi and says that inspite of everything that has happened Durga is still ready to marry him, then why is creating this mess. Sakshi tells Raima that she hasn't forgiven her yet for Shaurya's condition and she will make Shaurya stand on his feet again. Raima knows that this isn't just Shaurya's decision but everything has been planned by Sakshi herself.

Durga tells Shaurya that the treatment will work and he will be able to walk again. Shaurya says he knows that he shouldn't have refused at the mandap but he was confused. She cannot spend her life like this. He loves her and hence he cannot marry her. Durga spots Karan and realizes that all this was planned by Sakshi Goenka and even Karan was involved in it. Durga pleads Shaurya not to do this but he tells her to be practical.

Durga congratulates Sakshi as her plan turned out successful. Sakshi says she has a habbit of winning and tells Durga that her bad days have just begun. Durga tells Dayal about Sakshi's plan and says that they have to convince Shaurya at any cost. The Pandit says something terrible may happen to the bride and groom if the wedding doesn't take place within time. Sakshi says that no one can force her son to get married.

Durga tells Shaurya that she's freeing him from this relationship. Dayal asks Durga what about her reputation and tells Raj that they would look for another girl for Shaurya but what about his daughter, who will marry her?

Sakshi says she understands Durga's situation and has a solution for this situation. Raima tells Raj that Sakshi will do something terrible but Rajnath tells her stay quiet. Durga is unable to comprehend Sakshi's plan and Sakshi says that Durga does not deserve any of this suffering and hece, there's only one way. She apologises to Suchitra as she's doing this without her consent. Sakshi mentally tells Durga how she promised to make her the bahu of Goenka house and announces that Dev will marry Durga. Everyone is stunned.

PRECAP: Dev says he won't marry Durga and Durga tells Sakshi that her life is not a joke anymore.
