Okay, after arguing what makes Dayal delusional and a biased father despite of being a good father to Nitya and a thorough gentleman, I have come across one important question. Yes, the question that makes the TRP rise.

Durga ki shadi...

I know people here love DEVGA and expecting a love story. I want to know how do they expect this two to get married

1. Durga remains Durga and marries Dev

Repercussions : Shaurya will become an animal. More chances she might get killed by Sakshi or Shaurya or both . Dev might not love her whole heartedly considering Nitya is his only love

2. Durga reveals she is Nitya

Repercussions : Considering Dev and his Detective abilities, this option needs to be discussed with more effort. Dev knows about it and Sakshi will eventually know about it. If it does someday then faking identity is a legal offense and we will find Nitya in jail where she can happily join Ganguly, Mathur and the Pandit.

3. Durga marries any other person.

Repercussions: Nothing changes much. If she remians Durga it means faking all the time. Real Durga and her friends has to be around and her behaviour which obviously doesn't match the real Durga is going to effect her marital life.If any medical troubles turns out like the blood group not matched or something, she will be in a real mess

If she reveals she is Nitya, she will need one sensible man to hide that all his life. Can anyone find such a situable match? Mil jaye to mre liye bhi dhund lena please😆

P.S: Discuss it logically and without bashing. Please dont turn up with theories ki hogi pyar ki jeet and all that and please don't tell me Indian serial me logic mat dhundo. I will search for logic because I don't belong to the creative team😆

@dey my take. The marriage can happen only and only if Dev finds out Durga is Nithya not vica versa. I strongly feel the medical complication will be something that will reveal Durga as Nithya to him. I mean the blood group. I somehow feel this vaishno devi yatra our lady is gonna goof up big time as Shaurya seems to have real big plans for her😆😆😆

And if our dear detective or shall I say APD Dev marries her knowing she is Nithya, he need to have good acting skills to cover up the real thing. And to be frank we know our APD Dev will fumble raising doubts for Sakshi.

It will be Sakshi and Shaurya who will try to dig out information to prove Durga is Nithya in one way or other. Hopefully by that time I pray either Kangana gets pregnant by Karan, or whoever Aakash's boss he turns up or something regarding Arnab comes up so that everyone's attention is turned from Durga.

Correct analysis.

Dev being a Goenka is biggest flaw in Durga's alliance with him.

My personal dislike for Dev aside, there are very pertinent issues in DevGa marriage:

- Shaurya is obsessed with Durga and already tried to kill Dev over her. Will he ever let Durga life in peace with Dev in any part of the world? No way!

- Sakshi and Rajnath are still family. They can come after this couple. They can turn Suchitra against Durga by claiming she caused rift between brothers by two timing them.

- If her identity is out then no one can help Durga. Not even Dev. It's the easiest thing to convince Suchitra also that Nitya is again trying to harm the family. Suchitra will then create trouble with maa, ghar ki izzat and dead baap emotional blackmail.

- Shaurya can easily try to rape even his bhabhi. No big deal for such feudal families to do such things.

- Payal will be constantly in danger if Durga marries into Goenka family. Any brother! They tracked her down even as special patient. Won't they track down a rishtedaar?

- Durga can very much be jailed for faking identity and for spying. It is a piece of cake for Goenkas to get others jailed.

- Rajnath currently doesn't take Durga seriously. But if he observes her firsthand then it is bigger trouble. Trust me he is worse than Sakshi.

- Dev might be a good guy but even best of guys struggle to balance between wife and mother. If Suchitra thinks Durga is trouble then husband and wife might have a rift.

- Dev doesn't know how Durga wants to destroy Goenkas. Will he support her plans of destruction without bothering about family name? I don't think so. He might agree on Shaurya but will not agree on expose of RajMa affair and stuff like that.

- If Goenka clan could kill or make Arnab disappear then it is equally a cakewalk to wipe off Dev D. Dev is just a sitting duck. Rather a liability as Durga still struggles to protect him.

IMO, Durga needs to partner with a neutral, outsider guy who understands her and has no strings attached and has no chance of getting affected by what happens to Goenkas.

Absolutely agree with you! However, Dev will only marry Durga if he is aware of Durga's actual identity of being Nitya. Dev would not marry Durga is he was not aware of Durga's identity. Also, if Durga was planning to marry Dev, she would not ever reveal her identity to him, as it could be a big risk. Since Sakshi is very intelligent, she could find out that Durga is Nitya. This would be a very big mistake, if Sakshi comes to know of Durga's identity. Sakshi is very astute, and she can use Durga's identity against her. Sakshi, like you mentioned, could get Durga behind the bars for being a fraud of stealing somebody else's identity. Another con of Durga marrying Dev, is that Shaurya will get envious of the same, and he would once again, attempt to murder Dev. Durga and Dev, could get hurt by the process.

See Dev is the most stupid detective I have ever seen. He told his mother about Payal . Let him know about Nitya and he will do the favour himself. Yet Dayal believes Dev is the safest choice for Durga and people want me to believe that both Dev and Dayal are sane characters🤪

Agree with all the reasons put forth by TM and others on this thread.

In addition, Dev and Durga are incompatible in terms of IQ and the abillty to question and analyse!😊

Her ultimate motive is revenge.. goenkas se. Badla lene ke baad vo khud surrender kar sakti hai.. aur obviously dev ko pata chalega to vo devDAS Hi ban jayega

this thread is not for me then...i hv nothing to discuss here...because wat i want is no love story no marriage nothing...i just want durga to grab the trishul of ma durga and pierce it in the hearts of sakshi and shaurya...

or even better make them suffer so much that they will crawl on their knees and beg forgiveness from payal...

this is wat i want to see...dev bhad me jae...he is a brainless useless character...
