Sakshi is a very proud and arrogant woman. She prides herself on her judgement. So the fact that her son could go so wrong and fool her doesn't even enter her thought process, perhaps subcounciously she fears it but definitely she doesn't want to beleive it.Both the Goenka's have failed in parenting, the fact that they blame the world for Shaurya's mistakes proves their own inability to fault themselves. They overcompensate their flaws by agreeing to his whims and fancies.I think he will be her defeat. More than Durga, its Shaurya who is destroying Sakshi and he would have done so without Durga's presence as well.I am afraid the point of saving him in anyway is lost, right not the acceptance of him being evil would be the only saving grace of Sakshi as a mother.
