This selfie was taken by "Shaurya" and it should have remained there itself as it was part of script!
Even if he wanted to tweet pic of some scene, he should have mentioned it like that! (hope I didn't confuse in this) What I meant is.. if he posted this, he should have wrote something like 'shot this scene' or anything like that!
Vatsal could have posted off screen selfies taken by him in twitter and not something of this sort!
PS: that scene just showed the extend creepiness in Shaurya! (I should have used even worse word than creepiness)

And look at some responses he got. "This is hilarious!", "You are king of selfies", "Amazing", "Loved it".😲

I see he is appreciated as a villain and be must be enjoying the praise. But was it right to tweet this selfie? Isn't he glorifying such acts? Is this a trophy to be shown? 😕

And people love it? 😲

He could have thanked people for the praise. What was the need to upload this shameful selfie?

Sorry but it does not reflect right on him. One should have responsiblity as an entertainer.

This scene was fiction. Not some joke to be flaunted like this.

You have a valid point. The picture wouldnt have looked bad for show off, if Bhuvanesh wasnt lying there like a corpse. This looks more like a picture shaurya would have flaunted than Vatsal. Actors like him have a social responsibility especially when we are going through times where people take it as a fashion to show off their crime as in Badaun.

@samrudhi
Good point. Had Bhuvnesh been lying with eyes open it would have looked like a normal offscreen pic. Now it looks like something what Shaurya would do. Vatsal is not Shaurya. Good point about people flaunting crimes as in Badaun and Pune cases.

In serial one can do anything but why do it on your actual profile on a social networking site?

Look let's get this straight

For actors, these kind of scenes are fun...where one has to pretend to be dead, and all that stuff...while shooting, all actors have fun and they cherish these moments of shooting...they take it as memories of those times...both bhuvnesh and vatsal share a good bond offscreen and im sure both of them enjoyed doing this scene, after many laughters and pranks, they shot a serious scene...so vatsal is just posting memories of the time he played villain and dev played dead...for them, its like good times...its their job to make their character alive...its not like vatsal killed bhuvnesh and posted a pic with his body aside...

its vatsal's job to make ppl hate shaurya and love vatsal

so if he puts it on his twitter account, its not like he's promoting the crime or taking murders lightly...its just that he is posting a picture of his shooting...not to promote that shaurya killed dev...but to remember the time they both shot that scene, he's not promoting the content of the pic, its fictional...not real! so ppl know that how the shooting on the sets of EHT is...and im sure many fans wanted to see that selfie...not to see dev's corpse...recognize the acting behind the seriousness of the pic...dont just see shaurya and dev in that pic...notice vatsal and bhuvnesh too...how they have to act such kind of scene still which they do with perfection, appreciate the actors who work whole day to shoot so we can watch half an hour serial...

hope u didn't get offended...i was just saying my POV...of course u can have ur POV...ur thoughts are different, but then again...no one is same...

And sorry for the long post...if u got bored

@ Kriya: Very good post indeed. We think alike. Lets take the matter little practically now

I think actors should be left alone for they are simple people in their real lives. Moral policing is actually not required. They can do whatever they want to do until it is either unethical or illegal. We can protest of course if the matter calls for so but otherwise let them handle their person twwitter or facebook accounts.
This pic we all know what it is about. It cannot dignify crime in any manner, As i have already said , it is just one of those pics we get to see in every show. Even, newspaper these days come with such photographs which are infact a real life picture and not any fiction.

He tweeted the selfie 😲 I know its from the show but i dont feel these kinds of acts are something you want to advertise and promote on twitter... I mean this is like an encouragement to other people. Vatsal shouldnt have done this.

It does not matter what bond he shares with Bhuvnesh.

Shaurya's act has been shown and promoted on serial and shows like SBS. It need not have been promoted more.

They are actors sure. But are there any limits or not? Never seen anyone tweet pics of murder, rape or crime scenes.

Account is of Vatsal. Not Shaurya Goenka.

And given how people were responding or laughing it shows this was belittling and glorification of a serious crime.
