Dayal will never even consider a guy like Shaurya even if he did manage to do what you said. He will never let such a filthy person become a part of his family. In which case, Dev may offer to step in or something. I think Dev might interfere in Shaurya's plans.

Plus, in the meantime they will find out Karan's secret with their daughter and the Goenka family will get a slap in the face apart from Dev.
