Sakshi loves her son too much. And that was always the problem. She went to the extent of committing murder just to cover up his crimes. So in a way what goes around comes around. Rajnath and Sakshi nursed a snake and now it will bite the hand that feeds it.

Shaurya...I have no words. In a way, it would have been odd if he expressed shame, really.

Wonderful post as always.

Shourya is a male version of blond bimobo. He doesn't think beyond his one functional organ. He needs to be hit where it hits the most, not that it would give him any brains but it would maim permanently.😈

As for Dev, he is way too slow. I mean by now it should be obvious that Shourya raped Payal, but no he needs further proof and for that he wants Nitya's diary.🤢 Seriously dude, you need to investigate your own family instead of trying to figure out what Durga's connection is with Payal and Nitya.

As for Rajnath and Sakshi, they disgust me, none of them will ever change or feel remorse, they deserve everything that comes that way.

I think Durga will hit them again as soon as they feel secure again and that is how she will keep the fire going.

I feel as far as Dev goes the CVs intention is to make him walk Nithya's path. I mean his family will not speak to him. They want to shut him up. He tries to contact the lawyer. He shuts him up. Everyone is connected to Rajnath and will not open up for Dev whom none see as the legal heir for Goenka empire. Even for powerfuls it is Shaurya who will be taking over the reins of Goenka family.

Also he thinks about this mother who is worried all his investigation will bring bad name to Goenka's and that can tarnish her husband's reputation too. In all he has a mysterious woman who he feels connected but yet cant connect who seems to know something about the case. She seems the best bet for him to get information and then Nithya's diary which would have all the ramblings of Nithya. See Dev knows his family is guilty but just like Nithya went in the first round the legal way, he is going straight collecting evidence.

But he need to know straight doesnt work with Shaurya and Co. And that realization will come only after he walks that hard path walked by Nithya everyday feeling more and more guilty on what he has allowed his lover to go through.

He has taken things far too easy. But as he gets more and more into it, he will start knowing how murky things are. The dark side is not yet fully exposed to him, it will be soon.

@ atominis and shruti I am with you in this point. They are discussing a high profile case in malls and gardens. Sonali was the one who asked Dev to be careful of anyone who might spy on him. Yet, they talk carelessly here and there.

I have too many points to say but I will do that later. keeping my thoughts reserved as of now😊 Btw good topic Atominis.

My take is that Dev is pursuing Durga not just because of the need to find her connection to Nitya and Payal but also the cvs need to set up a triangle and working this angle will do it. Why else will the Thakurs include the Goenkas in their pet project only if Dev is on board as chief architect? They could easily get someone else who isn't attached to the family at all. Dev will be attached to her professionally and that will lead to a personal attachment as well in a few weeks.

I somewhat agree with you, he does need to investigate his own family but in addition to figuring out Durga's connection rather than instead. If he knows Durga's connection with Nitya then he also knows her connection with the Goenkas. He should be asking why Sakshi doesn't like Durga and why Shaurya seemingly does. Because if he knew about Shaurya's bet to get Durga then he would understand that his cousin has never changed after all these years.

I agree Durga will hit them again when they least expect it. But it's not her fault if Shaurya makes it so easy for her to do it. 😆😆

I think his going after his family is easier said than done. Shaurya's parents seem to be the only family his mother has and for him to just go there and confront them will cause tension on all levels. Remember how upset his mom was when Raj brought up his late father? And that made Dev feel guilty. So Dev is dealing with guilt on two fronts. What he should have done about Nitya and Payal's situation (with his best friend) and what he has tried to do about Shaurya's (with his own family). It's not that he is so worried about his cousin and extended family but more so about his mother. She walked out on the conversation as soon as her husband's name came up. His new position as architect is what will make him carry more weight, as the project can't go forward without him.

Thanks for agreeing that his way of discussing openly in malls and parks is wrong.

I think he was foolish when he directly asked Shaurya about it some episodes ago.

Either play langotia yaar with Shaurya and get him to admit it as a part of boys' convo.

Or investigate yourself instead of directly asking.

Who the hell confesses or gives info just upon asking?!

Yesterday's episode was filled with various emotions. I must say all of them did a good job.

Let's begin with Sakshi GOenka. Now don't ask me why but I always loved this character. She is wicked to the core. She is powerful, manipulative and best of all Tv vamps I have seen so far. She was heart broken yesterday. She loves her son undoubtedly and most reasonable reaction from a mother should be a tight slap on her son'face but Sakshi failed yet again. She cannot make her son understand what is wrong in faking a certificate for she herself is a manipulative person.She always failed as a mother and so she repents. She asks what is 'kami' in her up bringing. There was no'kami' in their upbringing and that is the root cause of all problems. He asked for one, she gave him two. You cannot afford to fulfill all the wishes of your child. Then she went to twist and turn everything that came before his son and his dirty habits. She went on glorifying her love for her son. Unfortunately, love is nothing less than poison now. I pity her at times. The woman who controls others has no control at home, has no control over her husband, her son and even her best friend deceives her.

next in line is Rajnath Goenka. Is he a father in first place ? I ask it and then examine Shaurya and get my answer. Yes, he is. He wants his son to be saved so as to save his own name.I still remember how wicked his laugh was when he heard about the death of Bagchi and his daughter. Given a choice, Sakshi is a better person for she is at least faithful to her family.

Mosst important expressions belong to Shaurya. He has no idea what went wrong. Why should he ? When a rape case can be manipulated to meet one's end which can ruin a poor family, what is the harm in manipulating a marksheet ? It destroys nobody . He is still the scion of Goenka dynasty and going to take over the Goenka empire with or without that certificate,He doesn't ask for apology either. He rather argues with his mother and doesn't care about anything else except Durga.. He is still concerned about Durga because his parents will handle everything else, all the media mes and the cancer project or whatever . They will buy people or sell their conscience or get others killed. He but has to concentrate on Durga. So, he apologises to Durga and justifies the need of a fake certificate. He was only concentrating on the rape case during his examinations and so he appointed Ganguly to concentrate on the marksheet on his behalf. He also argues he should remain as the chief architect as he thinks he knows his job. Really Shaurya ? It is actually as absurd as your mother's notion of getting you married to solve your womanising habits.😆

Then who can forget Durga. She was so brilliant. Her way of apology was brilliant and it was just a different way to hit the Goenkas. She wasn't really sorry because the deal was cancelled. She was indeed happy to see them in trouble. However, her calm attitude and her soft words were stronger than Dayal's approach. How she let Dayal speak and stand like a statue all the while.How Dayal said it is because of Durga he spared the legal proceedings against them and how Durga affirmed that her father was no more interested in the cancer hospital. Altogether, this was the impression I like most about her.

Next comes Dev Goenka: His investigation process is full of flaws which has been already discussed. I was always anxious that Dev might end up finding the truth about Durga but today's precap assured me that Dayal had a daughter called Durga. Its not only her name but also her face that was given to Durga. So, her truth is not coming forefront anytime soon. I want this guy to do some serious business than to beat around the bush. Learn something from your choti maa aur something from Durga. Dear, considering these two women you are just an amateur. As of now, take over as the chief architect of that project and start working. Best way to keep Durga closer and know her better. Lol.. this was your cousin's way of getting things either. As a Goenka, you are allowed to be a little manipulative. Ye aapka khandani hak hai .

Well said. Rajnath reminds me of a mafia dad. He doesn't care who dies, as long as it doesn't get in the way of his son's life and his own image. And you're right Sakshi is a better human being but only in the sense that she knew her son's upbringing was wrong. But I dont think she had any remorse for the people she believes she has killed, so in that way she is cut from the same cloth as her husband and son. She doesn't care that someone else's child was compromised and lost her innocence as long as her own family remains undisturbed.

The question is, does she deserve to be betrayed by Rajnath and her best friend? I am willing to argue yes. Because if you're willing to betray your own conscience, and turn on what you know is legal and ethical then you deserve to get it back. Who better than people you trust the most.

I loved the words used by rajnath and Sakshi yesterday to shaurya. It was a scene worth watching. And most importantly shaurya a expressions when rajnath said, 'Kashmir mujhe ek kaabil waaris milta' (something like that he said). For the first time I actually enjoyed hearing rajnaths words; even though sometimes I feel he would even abandon his son for the sake of his name. Like seriously, he only cares about his reputation and stature in the society not even realizing shaurya ruined all that 2 years ago. Sach Mai, Baap ho tho rajnath ki tara. So far, only ganguly and mathur got punished and it had such a big effect on the goenka family; only time will tell what will happen after sakshis beloved daughter and 'pati dev' will get exposed. 😉 Sakshi can try her level best to find out about the truth and conspiracy of that someone who is causing all this havoc but Durga will always be a step ahead!
