Perhaps I am reading too much in between lines. But did you notice the moment she says 'akela baccha' and how he comes to stand behind her? It was his silent way of saying 'You have me, you will always have me'. He had a flight to catch, he was getting late and yet he still comes just to give her a ride. I remember the first time when I watched the episode I was like at least hug to karkete, I could see Sumo dying to hug him but then I understood why it was not necessary. Shravan giving her jhulla was his way of telling her that she was loved and cherished. Shravan Malhotra's was Suman Tiwari's family.
