I was shocked to hear what he said...So finally he knew everything...

"Mai bhai ke taraf se..."

I asked her and she froze...She turned towards me and I saw her eyes shimmering with tears...

"Kya tum aakhen padh sakte ho Pushkar ??"She asked ..trying hard not to spill in tears

I walked away in a huff as to hide my tears ...I shouldn't have said that... I don't love him anymore...But how could my eyes lie?

I saw her say something to him as he had is mouth in a complete O...My phone ringed...I put my hand down in the pocket and THUD!!

I didn't see him standing right in front and bumped onto him...

"SUMO..!!"He said as he held her from falling down...In all that mess...Her ring in the finger got stuck in his suit...She tried moving away but the ring didn't seem to get away...

She was trying to move but my eyes were stuck on the ring...THAT RING

*FLASHBACK*

"Bolo kya hua??"She said as she entered the canteen...

"Kuch dena tha..."I said with a smile...

"Roz toh smile bhi nahi dete...Aaj kya dena hai??"She sulked..

"Ye.." I handed it over to her..Her expressions changed from sulkiness to surprise...

"Shravan...Ye??"

"Tumhare liye.."It was a silver ring with a emerald embedded in it...

"This is so so beautiful..."She said as he proceeded to put it in her finger...

"RUKO..!!!"

"Kya??"

"Mai pehnau??" I said flinching a little... She handed it to me with a small smile...

"Ofcourse..."

I took her hand in mine and slid it in her finger...

"Thanks Shravan..."She said admiring the ring...

"Samosa??"

"Sure..!!"She said running inside...

"Aacha ek baat batao..."She said munching on her samosa..

"Hmm.."

"Aaj ye ring kis khushi mey??"

"Sumo...I am sorry..."

"Tum call karti ho...msg karti ho...mai reply ya call back nahi karpata...ghar mey sab log hote hai and agar ye baat kisiko pata chal gaya na toh..."

"ye ring kabhi utarna nahi..."

"Tum kaho toh bhi nahi..."She said grinning from ear to ear..

*FLASHBACK OVER*

The flashback hit me as he kept staring at me...

"Aaj bhi ring pehenkar ghumti ho...Aur kehti ho ke tum sabkuch bhul gayi...Kyu jhoot bolti ho Sumo??"

"Buri aadate aasani se nahi chooti Shravan...aur ye ring pehenna bhi ek buri aadat hai...Chaho toh bhi nahi chod sakti..."

She said as she had removed the ring and walked away...Leaving me broken once again...
