Sumo: Did I ditch him?
"His words keep on playing on my mind. Sumo I love you so so much. I need you". But what did I do? I turned him away...I told him he can come to me once he sets right his relationship with his mother. When he has so openly told me that he needs me, is it right on my part to send him off? He needs me...he is now shattered...he has learnt that his father has told him a lie all these years, he has been hurling abuses at his mother for no fault of hers. Am I not repeating the same mistake I did 10 years back...ditching him when he needs me, when he needs my support..he is all alone now. Being his best friend and the love of his life, is it not my part to be with him during his difficult times?"
She tries calling his phone to find out where he is. It keeps ringing but no answer. After quite a few tries, she calls Pushkar and asks him where Shravan is.
Pushkar" Bhaiya came to meet you. Where is he now? Is he not with you?"
Sumo" No, he left from here some time back. Can you find out where he is please? He is not answering my phone"
Pushkar: "Sumo, did you fight with him again? All this while I was supporting you because I knew Bhaiyaa was wrong. But not now...Bhaiyaa knows the truth about his mom, Sir told him everything and he is broken. He has realized that he is at fault and he loves you very much. Now if you don't acknowledge his love and support him, where is your love for him? What you are doing is not right Sumo.."
Sumo: "Pushkar bas kar yaar. I know what you are saying is right. Please check if he is at home and call me back at once."
Pushkar runs upto Shravan's room and finds him in a delirious state, muttering something again and again and half asleep on his bed. He goes and shakes him...bhaiya, bhaiya... He finds that Shravan is sleeping and is muttering "Sumo please wapas aa jao na... I need you... I love you so so much" Pushkar calls up Sumo and puts his phone on speaker so that she can listen to Shravan's words. Sumo listens to Shravan's words and starts crying. She realizes that he loves her much much more than she loves him. She tells Pushkar that she is coming there right away.
Sumo drives at a reckless speed and reaches Malhotra mansion and just runs into Shravan's room. She find that he is again and again muttering "Sumo please wapas aa jao na... I need you... I love you so so much". She is in tears. She lifts his head and places a lingering kiss on his forehead and says in his ears, I am here Shravan ...for you and with you. I told you na, I shall never leave you jaise pichli baar kiya tha...
Shravan wakes up to find Sumo sitting near him on the bed. He thinks he is dreaming and says..."nahi she cant be here. She said she will come only after I mend my relationship with my mother. But does she not realize that I need her even to do that." Sumo holds his face in her tiny hands and says," Shravan I'm sorry. I ditched you 10 years back when you wanted to share your sorrow with me and I was about to ditch you now when you need me. But I realized my mistake and I am here now. I shall always be by your side forever, promise..."
Shravan sheds tears of joy and places kisses all over her face, her forehead, her eyes, her nose, her cheeks and finally on her lips. Sumo becomes shy and blushes tomato red...
