Shravan changes and comes down for dinner. He is happy to see that Sumo has made all his favorite dishes. He exclaims - Arey waah meri favourite wali daal. Ramu kaka ke haath ka khana kha kha ke bore ho gaya tha main.
Sumo - does not respond back. She says to Shiv - theek se khana khao, poore table pe daal chawal gira diye hain.
They finish dinner and then Shravan goes on the couch and switches on the TV. He is watching a football match. Shiv comes and sits on his lap.
Sumo - Shiv, tumhe subah school nahi jaana hai kya, chalo utho brush karo aur sone jao.
Shiv - mumma please, thodi der
Sumo makes an angry face and points towards the bedroom
Shravan - Sumo abhi itni der bhi nahi hui hai, thoda sa match dekhne do, phir main sula dunga
Sumo mumbles - khud to bigada hua hai, apne bete ko bhi bigad raha hai. Discipline naam ki cheez hi nahi hai baap bete me.
To Shravan - Theek hai, jo karna ho karo.. Aur haan coffee table se pair hatao
She goes to her room to sleep. A few hours later she wakes up and goes to Shiv's room to check on him. Shravan is sleeping gingerly on a corner and Shiv has occupied most of the space on the bed as he keeps on moving in his sleep. He has also hogged most of the comforter
Sumo picks up Shiv in her arms, covers Shravan with the comforter and carries Shiv to her own room and goes off to sleep.
Next morning - Shravan has gone for a run, a car follows him and stops at some distance from Sumo's house. Shravan enters the house. Sumo is about to go inside the bathroom for a shower when Shravan comes in all drenched in sweat, he takes off his shirt and goes in the bathroom.
Sumo shouts out in exasperation - ye kya harkat hai, mujhe PCT jaana hai late ho jaungi main. Tum Shiv ke bathroom me bhi toh jaa sakte the.
Shravan - wahan toh wo taiyyar ho raha hai school ke liye.. Yaar I just came back from a run.. 5 min ruko aata hun bas shower leke.
10 min later. Sumo - Shravan! bahar niklo nahi toh main andar aa rahi hun.
Shravan - toh aa jao, maine kab roka hai
Sumo mumbles - toh aa jao...sapne dekhte raho tum.
Shravan comes out - Jaaiye jahanpanah, the bathroom is all yours.
Sumo goes in, meanwhile Shravan has settled on the bed with the newspaper and coffee. Sumo comes out of the shower wearing a robe.
Sumo - niklo yahaan se aur mujhe taiyyar hone do.
Shravan - Itni thandi hai, aur ye bed kitna cosy hai, main toh kahi nahi jaa raha. Tum bathroom me change karlo.
Sumo - mujhe sari pehenni hai, ab niklo yahan se.
Shravan - main yahaan se nahi uthne wala, aur itni thandi me tum sari kyu pehen ke jaa rahi ho. Kuch aur pehen lo sardi lag jayegi.
Sumo - mera sari pehenne ka mann hai isliye. Ab niklo.
Shravan - Arey yaar subah se mat shuru ho jao, jaa raha hun.
Sumo comes down to the living room, wearing a white sweater with blue jeans. Shravan smiles when he sees her. They have breakfast together.
Then they go outside to wait for the school bus. Shreya also comes there with her mom and they say hello.
She says to Shravan - Shravan uncle, aap ab yahin rahenge na.
Shravan - haan beta.
Shravan to Sumo - lagta hai isne poore mohalle ko bata diya hai.
The bus comes - both of them kiss Shiv goodbye.
The car is still there. One of the guys sitting in the car says to the other - toh ye hai iska beta.. Shravan Malhotra tujhe toh hum ab batate hain.
Sumo is at PCT, she calls Shravan and says - Acha suno
Shravan says - bolo na
Sumo - Shiv ki bus 2 baje aayegi, dhyan rakhna aur haan maine tiffin bhej diya hai, tum lunch kar lena. Aur haan please ghar mat failana.. Aur haan Shiv ko bolna homework kar le...tum sun rahe ho na, kuch bolte kyu nahi.
Shravan - tum kuch bolne dogi tab bolunga na, don't worry main Shiv ko khud hi school se le aunga aur homework bhi karwa dunga.
Shravan goes and picks up Shiv. They have lunch together and then Shiv starts doing his homework on his daddy's watch.
He is a little tired after studies so he falls asleep, Shravan carries him to his bed and switches off the lights.
Shravan decides to pick up Sumo from PCT. He locks the door and goes to pick up Sumo. The guys in the car watch him leave. Sumo is surprised but comes with Shravan in his car. Shravan calls bahadur ji and asks him to pick Sumo's car and drop it off at Sumo's house. Thereafter the battery of Shravan's phone dies. Shravan and Sumo are driving back home. Sumo's phone is vibrating but she does not notice as her bag is on the back seat with some stuff from the office. They reach home. Bahadurji is waiting for them outside the house. The police also arrives then.
Shravan asks - what has happened, why is the police here.
Bahadurji - Sir main jab yahaan aaya toh ghar ka darwaza khula hua tha, main andar gaya toh koi bhi nahi tha.
Sumo cries in fear - Shiv! She runs inside the house frantically searching for Shiv, Shravan follows her...
Clearly he is not there. Shravan hugs her and tries to console her. Yahi kahi hoga Shiv, abhi mil jayega. Darne ki koi baat nahi hai, wo tumhara beta hai, usko kuch nahi hoga..They go out to speak with the police and start asking around the neighborhood..
Next update - So where is Shiv.. How will Shraman handle this situation.. Sorry thoda melodramatic ho gaya na
