I think it's because Sony is paid channel.. Even in metro cities some cable operators didn't have Sony channel in their packages.. My friend lives in hyderabad when I went to her home surprised she is not getting Sony tv.. She also watches edkv we both watched in YouTube.. My parents live in village but I have dish TV.. So I get subscribed all Hindi channels.. So I get all HD and normal.. My parents won't watch Hindi.. Just for me I subscribed all channels when ipkknd aired.. I stay in hostel.. Just subscribed to watch when I am at home.. Now i live in Australia.. Still continuing the subscription.. No one watch in my family except me

Even Zee and starplus and colors even r paid.. But they had major audiences I guess.. So cable operators willl pay because of demanding..

Rural areas trps for Sony won't even count.. They always will be less because of lesser audience..

Sony is surviving with urban trps

Even edkv and krpkab started with same trp.. Maintain that for long.. Edkv experiment decreased trps.. Krpkab romance increased trp.. But with the amount of promotion they will have to get trp above 1..

Previously trps only consider in urban limited to 10 k houses.. That to Some major cities..

Past 1 yr they changed it.. They r considering 1 lac houses and that too r in rural abd urban combined.. So that affected Sony trps majorily

After bade ache late hain..Sony never promoted any serial r they didn't aired serials in some time spots.. People may forget Sony also

That's not Case with star r Zee.. They continuously run shows.. So that's major reason for trps

Now Sony ended edkv.. 10 pm slot will ve empty na.. So if they air new show also who knows? Already people move to star, Zee,colors shows

I think with krpkab and edkv they got that lost charm.. With Kapil shrama show it reached to another level.. So now they r promoting behad

But with out promoting edkv maintained that trp.. 0.4...Sony did a major mistake by pulling off edkv

Krpkab marriage promoted that much but week trp 0.6... Maha episode trp 0.8 means some edkv viewers watched it..

They will realize it soon

😆so true. There is no story there 😆. Post wedding make over of fl looks like they have taken a 20 year leap. The leads are good looking no offence but they just can't act to save their life.

No offence to the Baju Wala show !! The leads not much chemistry also , they look individually grt .. I like them too n on off watch there show to c what is happening .. But does not catch my interest as McCain as this show , even if Shravan was drinking n no scenes btwn the leads 😕

@Sriarshi Sony and Zee if I am not mistaken is quite expensive. I was in Dubai for a holiday and the hotel did not have the channel but they had Star and Colors.

In my country we get DSTV for Sony and Zee but it's pretty expensive. I too watch the show online cos we don't have the channel.

Regarding shows and time slots, Sony is stupid! They need to keep airing repeats of their shows. They don't even have that many fictional shows on weekdays. They should keep showing ads and repeats. That's how trps will increase. But I wonder who is the head of their marketing department! They need to change their strategies! Their shows are different and much better than the other 3 channels yet they lose out cos of lack of marketing. It's sad.
